The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has been established under Article 315 of the Constitution of India, with the basic purpose of recruiting officials in various departments of the Government as per the requisitions sent by the Government in this regard from time to time. 


The Punjab Public Service Commission invites Online Application Forms from eligible candidates for recruitment to 41 posts of Deputy District Attorney in the Department Of Home Affairs and Justice, Govt. of Punjab. 

 INITIAL PAY: Rs. 47,600/- The minimum pay admissible for the ibid posts shall be as per notification no. G.S.R. 124/Const./Art. 309/Amd.(1)/2021 dated 23.08.2021 Department of Home Affairs and Justice (Judicial-2 Branch), Government of Punjab, Notification No. 7/204/2012- 4FP1/66, dated 15/01/2015 Government of Punjab, Department of Finance (Finance Personnel-I Branch), and Notification No. 1/62016- 4P.P.1/834680/1 dated 07/09/2016 Government of Punjab, Department of Personnel PP-I Branch, fixed emolument equal to Minimum Pay without any allowance will be paid during the probation period of 3 years. 


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS-  Persons who possess a degree of Bachelor of Law (Professional Degree) of a recognized university Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard. 
 AGE 5.1 Candidates should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age as on 01/01/2022. 

The upper age limit may be relaxed up to 45 years for Punjab Government and its Board/Corporation/Commission and Authorities employees, all States/ Central Government employees.

 



 DURATION OF EXAMINATION  The test would be of two (02) hours duration

 ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੀਤ ਹੇਅਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਰੂਪ ਰੇਖਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ ਦਾ ਅਵੱਲ ਸੂਬਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।


 ਖੇਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੀਤ ਹੇਅਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਡਲ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਣ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕਰੇਗੀ, ਸਗੋਂ ਨਾਲ ਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਖੇਡ ਮਹੌਲ ਸਿਰਜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਮੈਡਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਸਕਣ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੜ ਤੋਂ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਰਦਾਰੀ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ

ਦੂਰ ਦਰਾਜ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ  ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਬਾਰ ਬਦਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਚਾਹਵਾਨ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੀ ਖਬਰ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ  ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਡ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੀਤ ਹੇਅਰ ਨੇ ਬਦਲੀਆਂ ਲਈ ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ਪੋਰਟਲ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣ ਲਈ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਡ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੀਤ ਹੇਅਰ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਬਾਰ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਦਲੀਆਂ ਮਈ ਮਹੀਨੇ 'ਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ, ਜਿਸਦੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ।ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਬਦਲੀਆਂ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ  ਦੁਰ ਦਰਾਜ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੇ।




 ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਲਿਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਹੈ।  ਮੀਤ ਹੋਅਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ 'ਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਾਮ ਕਮਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਲ ਆਕਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
