ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 31 ਦਸੰਬਰ (ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼): ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ, ਪੰਜਾਬ (SCERT) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2024-25 ਲਈ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਮੀਨਜ਼ ਕਮ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ (NMMS) ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਨਿਪੁੰਨਤਾ ਖੋਜ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ (PSTSE-ਜਮਾਤ ਅੱਠਵੀਂ) ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ 19.01.2025 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਹੁਣ 02.02.2025 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਬਾਰਡੀਨੇਟ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਸਿਲੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਬੋਰਡ (PSSSB) ਵੱਲੋਂ 19 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 5 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2024 - ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2024-25 ਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਨਿਪੁੰਨਤਾ ਖੋਜ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ (PSTSE) ਕਲਾਸ 10ਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਮੀਨਜ਼-ਕਮ-ਮੈਰਿਟ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਸਕੀਮ (NMMSS) ਤੇ PSTSE ਕਲਾਸ 8ਵੀਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ 10 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2024 ਤੱਕ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਫੀਲਡ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਸੁਝਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ 10 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਈ-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਪੋਰਟਲ 'ਤੇ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

Punjab Government extends winter break in schools till January 7

Chandigarh, December 31

In view of the cold weather, the Punjab Government has extended winter vacation till January 7, 2025, in government-aided, recognized and private schools across the state.

Announcing this on his official X Account, the School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains said that this decision was made under the directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, considering the prevailing cold weather conditions. All schools will reopen on January 8, 2025.

ਪਹਾੜਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਹੋਈ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ-ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਸਮਤਲ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੰਡ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਪਕੜ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕੋਲਡ ਵੇਵ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੁਣ ਕੋਹਰੇ ਦਾ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਹਰਾ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਉਥੇ ਹੀ, ਸਵੇਰੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ-ਹੁੰਦੇ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਜ਼ੀਬਿਲਟੀ ਸ਼ੂਨਿਅ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਥੇ ਹੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਸਧਾਰਨ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 5 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਤੱਕ ਘੱਟ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਆਸ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਸਾਲ 2025 ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰਾਂ, ਸ਼ਿਖਿਆ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸੂਚੀ ਜਨਵਰੀ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਤਿਉਹਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਵਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਦੀਆਂ 27 ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੈਂਪਲ ਫੇਲ, ਸੀਡੀਐਸਕੋ ਨੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਲਰਟ

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ 27 ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੈਂਪਲ ਫੇਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਡਰੱਗ ਸਟੈਂਡਰਡ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਆਰਗੇਨਾਈਜੇਸ਼ਨ (CDSCO) ਦੇ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਖਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਤਰੀਆਂ। ਸੀਡੀਐਸਕੋ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਡਰੱਗ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਟੇਟ ਡਰੱਗ ਕੰਟਰੋਲਰ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਨੋਟਿਸ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਗਲੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਣਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸੈਂਪਲ ਫੇਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਡਰੱਗ ਕੰਟਰੋਲਰ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਫਾਰਮਾ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਟਾਕ ਵਾਪਸ ਮੰਗਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਖਰਾ ਨਾ ਉਤਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਇਹ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਨਾ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਸਕਣ।

ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੰਬਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 111 ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੈਂਪਲ ਫੇਲ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 27 ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੈਂਪਲ ਫੇਲ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਹਾਰਟ ਰੋਗ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਜ, ਹਾਈ ਬੀਪੀ, ਦਰਦ, ਐਂਟੀਬਾਇਓਟਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਐਲਰਜੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

2 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਡਾ. ਭੀਮ ਰਾਓ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ, ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ 'ਤੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੇਸ਼ ਇੱਕ ਚੋਣ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੁਤਲੇ ਫੂਕੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ - ਮੰਗਤ ਰਾਮ ਪਾਸਲਾ

ਨਵਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ 29 ਦਸੰਬਰ ( ) ਭਾਰਤੀ ਇਨਕਲਾਬੀ ਮਾਰਕਸਵਾਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਆਰ.ਐਮ.ਪੀ.ਆਈ.) ਦੀ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜਗਤ ਪੁਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਹੋਈ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੌੜਕਾ, ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਲਾਟੀ, ਹੁਸਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਂਗਟ, ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੁੱਜੋਂ, ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਭੱਟੀ, ਹਰੀ ਬਿਲਾਸ ਹੀਉਂ, ਕਰਨੈਲ ਚੰਦ, ਗੁਰਦਿਆਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਤਰਸੇਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਰਸ਼ਪਾਲ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।

            ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਕਾਮਰੇਡ ਮੰਗਤ ਰਾਮ ਪਾਸਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਾਭਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਲੀਦਾਨ ਦਿਵਸ 16 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ “ਫਿਰਕੂ ਤੇ ਜਾਤੀਵਾਦੀ ਫੁੱਟ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਮਰਾਜੀ ਤੇ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਮੇ" ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜਸੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸਾਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਕੰਦਪੁਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ 'ਤੇ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ ਨੇੜੇ ਇੱਕ ਦਰਦਨਾਕ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਬੱਸ ਡਰੇਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ 8 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਦਰਜਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਨੇ 8 ਮੌਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹਨਾਂ  ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਸ ਦਾ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ।

ਹਾਦਸਾਗ੍ਰਸਤ ਬੱਸ ਤਲਵੰਡੀ ਸਾਬੋ ਤੋਂ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਵੱਲ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਡਰੇਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਈ। ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਬੱਸ ਵਿੱਚ 50 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਾਰਸ਼ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੱਸ ਦੇ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਡਿੱਗੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਬੱਸ ਬੇਕਾਬੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਡਰੇਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਈ।

ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਪਰ ਡਰੇਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੰਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਬਾਰਸ਼ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਆਈਆਂ।

ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ 13.05.2024 ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਿੱਟਾਂ ਫਾਇਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੇ 38 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਏਰੀਅਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਿੱਟਾਂ ਫਾਇਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦਾ ਏਰੀਅਰ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕੇਸ ਉਹਨਾਂ  ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਮਾਸਟਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਕੁਆਲੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ,ਵੈਕੇਸਨਲ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰਾਂ  ਤੋਂ  ਅਲਗ ਸੀ  2016 ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਲਈ 2016 ਤੋਂ 38 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ 2016 ਤੋਂ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਲਗਭਗ 100 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਏਰੀਅਰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। 

ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਦੇ ਲਾਭਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮਿਤੀ 07.01.2025 ਤੱਕ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਈਮੇਲ ਆਈਡੀ vocdpise@gmail.com 'ਤੇ ਭੇਜਣ। ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਹੈ।

ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਅਤਿ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਰੀ/ਅਣਗਹਿਲੀ ਦੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੇਕਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਲਿਟੀਗੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਂ ਅਣਸੁਖਾਵੀਂ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਮਾਸਟਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਨਖਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਤਰ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ 8 ਜੁਲਾਈ 1995 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਹੋਏ ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਮਾਸਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਅਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਤਨਖਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਮਾਮਲਾ ਕੀ ਸੀ?

ਮਾਮਲਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਮਾਸਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ 8 ਜੁਲਾਈ 1995 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾਸਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਸੋਧ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਤਾਰੀਖ ਤੱਕ ਪੋਸਟ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਸੀ। 

ਕੋਰਟ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ। ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਮਾਸਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਸੋਧ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਨਾ। ਭਾਵ ਜਿਨਾਂ ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਮਾਸਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਆਈਟੀਆਈ ਜਾਂ ਬੈਚਲਰ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਵੀ ਸੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਸੋਧ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। 

ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਅਸਰ

ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ 8 ਜੁਲਾਈ 1995 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਹੋਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਮਾਸਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਭ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਨਖਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੱਛਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਦਿੱਲੀ, 26 ਦਸੰਬਰ (ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) - ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਅਰਥ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ ਡਾ. ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ 92 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਹਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਉਹ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ 14ਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਸੀ।

ਡਾ. ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਅੱਜ ਰਾਤ 9:51 ਵਜੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਏਮਜ਼ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਉਹ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਮਾਰ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਡਾ. ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸੁਧਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਿਤਾਮਾ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। 1991 ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਉਦਾਰੀਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੌਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਅਰਥਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਾਨ ਨੇਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਰਥ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਆ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
