**ਭਾਗ - I**

ਇਸ ਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ 1 ਤੋਂ 4 ਤੱਕ ਚਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ:


**ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੰ. 1:** ਇਸ ਦੇ ਚਾਰ ਉਪ ਭਾਗ ਹੋਣਗੇ । ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਅੰਕ ਵਾਲੇ ਚਾਰ 'ਬਹੁ-ਵਿਕਲਪੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ' ਪੁੱਛੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ।


**ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੰ. 2:** ਇਸ ਦੇ ਚਾਰ ਉਪ ਭਾਗ ਹੋਣਗੇ । ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਅੰਕ ਵਾਲੇ ਚਾਰ 'ਖ਼ਾਲੀ ਥਾਂਵਾਂ ਭਰੋ' ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ।


**ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੰ. 3:** ਇਸ ਦੇ ਛੇ ਉਪ ਭਾਗ ਹੋਣਗੇ । ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਅੰਕ ਵਾਲੇ ਛੇ 'ਠੀਕ ਜਾਂ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਕਥਨ' ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ।


**ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੰ. 4:** ਇਸ ਦੇ ਚਾਰ ਉਪ ਭਾਗ ਹੋਣਗੇ । ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਅੰਕ ਵਾਲੇ ਚਾਰ 'ਸਹੀ ਮਿਲਾਣ ਕਰੋ' ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ।


ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨੇ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹਨ।


ਭਾਗ - II


ਇਸ ਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ 5 ਤੋਂ 20 ਤੱਕ ਦੋ-ਦੋ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੋਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਹਰੇਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਉੱਤਰ ਲਗਭਗ ਇੱਕ-ਦੋ ਵਾਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ । ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨੇ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹਨ।


ਭਾਗ - III


ਇਸ ਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ 21 ਤੋਂ 24 ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜ-ਪੰਜ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਚਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ । ਹਰੇਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਉੱਤਰ ਲਗਭਗ ਪੰਜ-ਛੇ ਵਾਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 100% ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਛੋਟ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਛੋਟ ਵਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਉਸੇ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

Structure of Question Paper (Theory)

  1. The question paper will cover the entire syllabus.
  2. There are 3 sections in the question paper:
    • Section A: Compulsory for all students.
    • Section B and Section C: Students may choose only one section from these.
  3. 20 Questions will be set in the question paper.
  4. All units of the syllabus should be given adequate representation in the question paper.
  5. There is no word, line, or page limit for numerical questions.
  6. The use of a non-programmable simple calculator is allowed.

Section-A

  1. Question No. 1 consists of 12 sub-parts (i to xii) carrying 1 mark each. These may include multiple choice, one-word, or fill-in-the-blank questions. Answers should be given in 1-15 words.
  2. Questions No. 2 to 10 will carry 2 marks each. (4 theoretical and 5 numerical). Answers should be given in 2-5 lines.
  3. Question No. 11 consists of 5 sub-parts (i to v), out of which 4 should be attempted. Each carries 4 marks. Answers should be given in 10-15 lines.

Section B and C

  1. Question No. 12 consists of 8 sub-parts (i to viii) carrying 1 mark each. Answers should be given in 1-15 words.
  2. Questions No. 13 to 19 will carry 2 marks each. (3 theoretical and 4 numerical). Answers should be given in 2-5 lines.
  3. Question No. 20 consists of 4 sub-parts (i to iv), out of which 3 should be attempted. Each carries 4 marks. Answers should be given in 10-15 lines.

    • Section A: Question No. 1 consists of 20 sub-parts (1(i) to 1(xx)), each carrying 1 mark. This section will include objective-type questions such as multiple-choice questions, one-word/sentence questions, and fill-in-the-blanks. Answers should be within 1-15 words.
    • Section B: Question No. 2 to 17 will carry 2 marks each. Answers should be within 5-10 lines.
    • Section C: Question No. 18 to 26 will carry 4 marks each. Attempt any seven questions from this section. Answers should be within 15-20 lines.

**ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 30 August 2024( ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਤਨਖਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਅਨਾਮਲੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਨਾਮਲੀ ਸਾਖਾ ਵੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ।



ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੋਧੇ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਤਰੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਬੇਨਤੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸਦੇ ਲਈ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਸਕੱਤਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 30 ਅਗਸਤ 2024( ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਮੱਗਰਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2024-25 ਲਈ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਐਲੋਕੇਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਨਿਪੁਣ ਭਾਰਤ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ (FLN), LEP (ਕਲਾਸ VI-VIII) ਅਤੇ LEP (ਕਲਾਸ IX-XII) ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਅਧੀਨ ਵਰਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।



ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, PFMS ਪੋਰਟਲ 'ਤੇ ਚਾਈਲਡ ਲਿਮਟ ਐਲੋਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਖਰਚ ਵੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

 ਐਲੋਕੇਟ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ  ਦਫਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।ਸਾਲ 2024-25 ਵਿੱਚ ਫੰਡਜ਼ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ PAB ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ UC ਲੈਣਾ ਵੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਹੁ।

In all question paper 19 questions will be set from the prescribed syllabus.

The question paper will comprise of three parts (Part-I,Part-II,Part-III).


Part-I will consists of 10 questions carrying 1 marks each.Part-I is compulsory to Attempt.The questions may be in the form of one sentence answer question, true/false,fill in blanks and M.C.Q.

Part-II will consists of 7 questions carrying 3 marks each. Candidate will attempt any 5 (Five) questions from out of these. A question may have two or more parts .

Part-III will consists of 2 questions carrying 5 marks each. Candidate will attempt any 1 (one) question from out of these. A question may have two or more parts .

General Foundation Course Structure of Question Paper for 12th Class

Time: 3 Hour Total Marks: 45

In all question paper 28 questions will be set from the prescribed syllabus.
The question paper will comprise of three parts (Part-I, Part-II, Part-III).


Part-I will consists of 14 (fourteen) questions carrying 1 mark each. All
questions will be compulsory to attempt. The Questions may be in the form
of one sentence answer question, true/false,fill in blanks and M.C.Q.


Part-II will consists of 10 (Ten) questions carrying 3 mark each. Candidate
will attempt any 7 (Seven) questions from out of these. A question may have
two or more parts .The answer of each question should not be exceed more
than one page of the answer sheet.


Part-III will consists of 4 (Four) questions carrying 5 mark each. Candidate
will attempt any 2 (Two) questions from out of these. A question may have
two or more parts .The answer of each question should not be exceed more
than two page of the answer sheet.

 ਜਿਹੜੇ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰ ਬਤੌਰ ਪੀ.ਈ.ਐਸ ਕਾਡਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਦਉਨਤ ਹੋਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕੇਸ ਦਫਤਰ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫਸਰ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਡੀਲਿੰਗ ਕਲਰਕ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 28 ਅਗਸਤ 2024: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਯੁਵਕ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ‘ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਤਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ-2024’ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਮੂਹ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਖੇਡ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਰਟਲ 'ਤੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਐਨ.ਆਈ.ਸੀ. ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਵੀ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਚਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਪੋਰਟਲ 'ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਘੱਟ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਰਟਲ 'ਤੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਤਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ’ ਦਾ ਦੂਜਾ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਸਾਲ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 4.5 ਲੱਖ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ 12,500 ਜੇਤੂ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 8.87 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਇਨਾਮ ਵੰਡੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ।

General Terms & Conditions for players 

  • The player must be a resident of Punjab and possess a resident certificate or Aadhaar card of Punjab State.
  • One Player can participate in only one game and only in one Age Group.
  • In Athletics Game a player can participate only in one age group & he/she can participate in maximum two Events and one Relay.
  • All Villages, Schools and Sports Department Punjab Coaching Centers can participate in Block/District Level games.
  • Games which are directly in State Level will be finalised by respective DSO of District.
  • In this Sports Fair, the Rules and Regulations followed by National Federations of concerned games will be implemented.
  • Dope test of players can be conducted at any time during the sports fair if necessary.
  • The Referee decision will be final.
  • If a team objects, then the objection fee will be Rs.1000/- (Non refundable). The decision regarding the objection will be taken by the Jury of Appeal Committee.
  • No travelling allowance shall be admissible to any team.
