Chandigarh, 2 September 2025: ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ (IMD) ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ 2 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਭਾਰੀ ਮੀਂਹ, ਬਿਜਲੀ ਤੇ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਦਾ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। 2 ਤੇ 3 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਭਾਰੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ।

🔴 Day 1 – 2 September 2025 (High Alert)

ਅੱਜ (ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ Red Alert ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ Heavy to Very Heavy Rain ਨਾਲ Thunderstorm/Lightning ਦੇ ਆਸਾਰ ਹਨ:

ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ Yellow Alert ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੁਝ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ Thunderstorm & Lightning ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ FCI ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਡੀ ਪਰਚੇਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਗ਼ਲਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਨਮੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਬਲਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।

ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਭਵਿੱਖਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ, ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ, ਡਾ. ਪ੍ਰੀਤੀ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਦੀਆਂ, ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਘੱਗਰ, ਟਾਂਗਰੀ ਤੇ ਮਾਰਕੰਡਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਕੁਝ ਬਰਸਾਤੀ ਨਾਲੇ ਵਾਧੂ ਪਾਣੀ ਆਉਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਛਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕੱਚੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਅਸਥਾਈ ਸੜਕਾਂ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਜਲ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ, ਜਾਣ ਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਰਸਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਲੋੜੀ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਹੇਜ਼ ਕਰਨ।

ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਤੇ ਸੈਲਫੀ ਲੈਣ ਜਾਂ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਨ ਲਈ ਸੈਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੁਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਜਲ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਾ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ, ਅਤੇ ਨਦੀ ਦੇ ਕਿਨਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਤੇ ਮਵੇਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਬਚਣ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਡਾ. ਪ੍ਰੀਤੀ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਗਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਉਪਰ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੋਵੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਤੇ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ "ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਨਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕੰਢਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਹਨ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਬਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਉਪਾਅ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹਨ।”

DC Patiala Issues Advisory in View of Rainfall and IMD Prediction

Patiala, September 1:

In light of the current rainfall and IMD prediction, Deputy Commissioner Patiala, Dr. Preeti Yadav, has issued an advisory to residents of the district. She cautioned that local drains, ponds, and Ghaggar, Gangri and Markanda and other rivers are swollen, and urged people to avoid using kachcha rastas or temporary roads, especially near water bodies, and to refrain from unnecessary travel.

She also appealed to the public not to stand on or near bridges and swollen water bodies & channels for taking pictures or leisure walks, and advised against taking animals or herds close to riverbanks.

Dr. Preeti Yadav said that an alert has been issued for the next three days, during which the District Administration is monitoring the situation round-the-clock and issuing timely alerts wherever required. “Our teams are stationed at vulnerable points of river channels and villages across the district. There is no need to panic, but precautionary measures are essential,” she added.

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 31 ਅਗਸਤ 2025 (‌ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ (ਮੌਸਮ ਬੁਲੇਟਿਨ): ਭਾਰਤ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ (IMD) ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ‘ਚ ਅਗਲੇ 36 ਤੋਂ 48 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਭਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਅਤਿਭਾਰੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੌਸਮ ਬੁਲੇਟਿਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਵਧਾਨ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।‌‌ ਅਗਲੇ 48 ਘੰਟੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਲਈ ਖਤਰਾ ਮੰਡਰਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 30 ਅਗਸਤ ਤੱਕ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਵਾਰਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਿਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਹਨ ।

ਪਿਛਲੇ 24 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮੌਸਮ ਹਾਲ

• ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਨਸੂਨੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਤੇਜ਼ ਰਹੀ।
• ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਲਕਾ ਤੋਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨਾ ਮੀਂਹ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
• ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮਿਲੀ।

• ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ: ਹੇਠਲੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰਨ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ, ਸੜਕਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਟ੍ਰੈਫ਼ਿਕ ਜਾਮ, ਫਸਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਦੀ-ਨਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਧ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

• ਖੜੀਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖੀ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ।
• ਨੀਵੇਂ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਹੋਣਾ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਰਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਾਲਜ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਲੀਟੈਕਨਿਕ ਇੰਸਟੀਟਿਊਟ 3 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2025 ਤੱਕ ਬੰਦ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ।

ਹੋਸਟਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਖ-ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰਨ।

ਜਲੰਧਰ  1 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2025 ( ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) : ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਡਾ. ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 6 ਘੰਟੇ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਈਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਘਬਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਆਮ ਵਾਂਗ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
