ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਹਾਲਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਰੁਤਬਾ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨ ' ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਗੌਰਮਿੰਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਟੀਚਰਜ਼ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਚਰਚਾ

 ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਹਾਲਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਰੁਤਬਾ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨ ' ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਗੌਰਮਿੰਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਟੀਚਰਜ਼ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਚਰਚਾ 

 ਲੋਕ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਨਵੀੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ 2020 ਤੁਰੰਤ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਕੇ 1968 ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ ਹੋਰ ਵਾਧਿਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ-  

1 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀਕਰਨ ਦੀ 67 ਵੀਂ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਢ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਤੇ 8 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਗਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ -

ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, 1 ਸਤੰਬਰ ( ) ਗੌਰਮਿੰਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਟੀਚਰਜ਼ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ 2020 ਤੁਰੰਤ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਕੇ " ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਹਾਲਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਰੁਤਬਾ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਗੁਣਾਤਮਿਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਪੁਆਰੀ, ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਮੀਤ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਪਰਵੀਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਕਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਈਸੜੂ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦਿਵਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ । ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ' ਤੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਜੱਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਪ੍ਰਸਤ ਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਾਭਾ, ਸੂਬਾ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਚਾਵਲਾ, ਵਿੱਤ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਨਵੀਨ ਸਚਦੇਵਾ, ਐਡੀਸ਼ਨਲ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਬਾਜ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ , ਬੂਟਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੱਟੀ ,  ਪਰਮਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਲੀਆ, ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਟਹਿਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਾਭਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਜ਼ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾਈ ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਗੜਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ 1990-91 ਤੋਂ ਆਈਆਂ ਨਵਉਦਾਰਵਾਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਨ ਕਿੱਤੇ, ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੇ ਰੁਤਬੇ ਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਹਾਲਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ|

 ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਦਾਰਵਾਦੀ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀਆਂ ਠੇਕੇ ਤੇ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਠੇਕੇ ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ | ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਈ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਘੱਟ ਉਜਰਤਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ| ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰੋਵਾਈਡਰ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਾਲੰਟੀਅਰ ਵਰਗੇ ਨਵੇਂ- ਨਵੇਂ ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਤੇ ਸੱਟ ਮਾਰੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੂਰੇ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਸਕੇਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਅਸੋਸੀਏਟ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ 58 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਤੱਕ ਪੱਕੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਠੇਕਾ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਆਗੂਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਖੋਲੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ "ਪੀ ਐਮ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ" ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ "ਸਕੂਲ ਆਫ ਐਮੀਨੈਂਸ " ਦੀ ਸਖਤ ਨਿਖੇਦੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ਼ ਕੋਠਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ (1964-66) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ਤ ਕਾਮਨ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਦਰਸ਼ , ਮੈਰੀਟੋਰੀਅਸ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਸਕੂਲ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਟਾਫ ਸਮੇਤ ਮਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। 

ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਮੁਖੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਦਲੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੇ ਨਿਯਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਸਖਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਕਈ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਦਲੀ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਉਨਾਂ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਬਦਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਦਲੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਅਰਜੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਪੈਮਾਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਦਲੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ । ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਬਦਲੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਜੱਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਹਿਦੇਵ , ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਬੁਢਲਾਡਾ, ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੰਗ, ਸੰਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ , ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ,ਹਰੀ ਦੇਵ , ਗੁਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜ਼ੀਰਵੀ, ਰਾਜਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ , ਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੂਰ , ਕੁਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚਾਨੀ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ,ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸੰਧੂ ਜਲੰਧਰ , ਅਸ਼ੋਕ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਮਹਿਮੀ , ਅਮਰ ਪਾਲ ਤੇ ਯੋਗ ਰਾਜ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੇਕਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਕੱਚੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ| ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਰਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ| ਐੱਨ.ਐੱਸ. ਕਿਊ.ਐੱਫ.ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ| ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਅਧੀਨ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਈਟੀਟੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੱਕ ਬਣਦੀਆਂ ਤਰੱਕੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ। ਜਨਵਰੀ 2004 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਸਮੂਹ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਸਕੀਮ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ, ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ 2020 ਰੱਦ ਕਰਕੇ 1968 ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰਥਿਕ ਵਾਧੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਹਰ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਨਿੱਜੀਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਵਪਾਰੀਕਰਨ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ| ਇਸ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਟਾਂਦਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਕੋਠਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ 1966 ਪੈਰਿਸ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਰ-ਦੇਸੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿਫਾਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ| ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਹਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮਾਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪੰਜ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ, ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਭਰਤੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭਰੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ, ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਣਾਤਮਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੈਰ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਕੰਮ ਅਤੇ ਬੀਐਲਓਜ਼ ਡਿਊਟੀਆਂ ਕੱਟੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ , ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਵਰੀ 2016 ਤੋਂ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ, ਡੀਏ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁੱਲ ਤਿੰਨੇ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ, ਪੇਂਡੂ ਏਰੀਆ ਭੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਏਰੀਆ ਭੱੱਤਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤੇੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਭੱਤੇ ਬਹਾਲ ਕੀਤੇੇੇ ਜਾਣ। ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ 1 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀਕਰਨ ਦੀ 67 ਵੀਂ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਢ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ 8 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਗਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਵਲੋਂ 3 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਫਰੰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂਂ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਖੇ 3 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਰੋਸ ਰੈਲੀ ਵਿੱੱਚ ਭਰਵੀਂ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ|

ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਆਗੂ ਬਲਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੰਗ, ਜੋਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੱਸੀਆਂ, ਸੰਜੀਵ ਯਾਦਵ, ਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਤਾਜਪੁਰੀ, ਨਰਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੁਰਜ, ਸਤਵਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗਿਆਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੋਰਾਹਾ, ਆਗੂ ਹਾਜਰ ਸਨ |

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਈਟੀਟੀ ਕਾਡਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਚੋਣ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ

ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ. ਨਗਰ (ਮੁਹਾਲੀ), 24 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024 (‌ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਈਟੀਟੀ ਕਾਡਰ ਦੀਆਂ 5994 ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਭਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਚੋਣ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਿਲੈਕਟ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੈਟਾਗਰੀ ਵਾਈਜ਼ ਚੋਣ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਮਿਤੀ 01.09.2024 ਨੂੰ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੜਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਸਿਲੈਕਸਨ ਲਿਸਟ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਯੋਗ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਖਾਲੀ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸਟੇਟ ਐਮ.ਆਈ.ਐਸ ਸੈੱਲ ਵਲੋਂ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਚੋਣ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਣੀ ਹੈ।

ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਚੋਣ ਦੇ ਮੰਤਵ ਲਈ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਮਿਤੀ 27.09.2024 ਤੋਂ 29.09.2024 ਤੱਕ ਖੁਲਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਯੋਗ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਸਡਿਊਲ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਚੋਣ ਕਰਨਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਹਰੇਕ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਈ.ਡੀ. ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਅ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਵੈਕੰਸੀ ਲਿਸਟ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਚੁਆਇਸ ਦੇ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਮਰਜੀ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਪਸ਼ਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਈ ਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਨ-ਲਾਈਨ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਜਿਹੜੇ ਯੋਗ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਚੋਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਲੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਤਹਿਤ MIS ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਲਾਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਬਦਲਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਇਥੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਚੋਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਲਾਟਮੈਂਟ, ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਹਾਇਰ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ (ਭਾਵ ਉਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਲਾਟ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ) ਤਾਂ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਖਾਲੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਤਹਿਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ MIS ਸ਼ਾਖਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਲਾਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਇਥੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ 6635 ਅਤੇ 2364 ਭਰਤੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਤੌਰ ਈ ਟੀ ਟੀ ਟੀਚਰ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਉਮਦੀਵਾਰ ਇਸ ਭਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਲੈਣ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਉਹੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

Punjab Nurses Registration Council Announces Centralized Counselling for ANM & GNM Courses for 2024-25 Session

Mohali, September 1, 2024 – The Punjab Nurses Registration Council (PNRC) has released a public notice inviting applications for admission to Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) and General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) courses for the 2024-25 session. The admissions will be conducted through online centralized counselling, applicable to both government and private nursing institutes across Punjab.

Key Dates and Procedures:

1. Availability of Prospectus: The prospectus will be available on the PNRC website starting from September 1, 2024.

2. Submission of Online Application: Candidates can submit their online application forms, upload necessary documents, and pay the counselling fee from September 1 to September 10, 2024, until 5:00 PM.

3. Choice Filling:The window for online choice filling will be open from September 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM and will close on September 13, 2024, at 5:00 PM.

4. Provisional Allotment: The provisional allotment of seats will be displayed on the PNRC website on September 16, 2024, by 5:00 PM.

5. **Reporting to Allotted Institutes:** Candidates must report to their allotted institutes for joining and verification of documents between September 17 and September 20, 2024.

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 31 ਅਗਸਤ 2024( ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ 2019 ਦੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਬਦਲੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਗੜਬੜੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ, CWP-21650-2024, ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਅੱਗੇ ਦਰਖ਼ਾਸਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਨੀਤੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਬਦਲੀ ਲਈ ਯੋਗ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਦੇ ਡਾਟਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹ ਬਦਲੀ ਲਈ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸਕ ਰਹੇ।

The case, CWP-21650-2024, was brought before the court by Gurminder Singh and others, who claimed that they were eligible for transfer under the policy but were unable to participate due to mismatches between their actual records and the data on the official portal.

Delhi  Govt Announces Honorarium for Election Duty Officers in 2024 Lok Sabha Polls 

The Finance Department, GNCTD, has approved an honorarium for various categories of officers and officials deployed for election duties during the upcoming General Election to the Lok Sabha 2024. This decision was detailed in an official order dated August 21, 2024.

According to the order, the applicable rates for the honorarium are categorized into three main groups:

**Category A** includes employees working directly in the office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), District Election Officers (DEO), and Voter Centres. These employees will receive one month’s basic pay in their respective pay levels, with a minimum of ₹30,000.

**Category B** covers employees from various departments who are requisitioned for election duties. The honorarium varies based on pay level and the number of days worked during the election schedule:

- Employees in Pay Level-9 or above working for 30 days or more will receive ₹42,000.

- Employees in Pay Level-9 or above working for 15 to 29 days will get ₹30,000.

- Those in Pay Level-9 or above working for less than 15 days will receive ₹18,000.

- Employees in Pay Level-1 to 8 working for 30 days or more will get ₹30,000.

- Employees in Pay Level-1 to 8 working for 15 to 29 days will receive ₹24,000.

- Employees in Pay Level-1 to 8 working for less than 15 days will get ₹14,400.

**Category C** includes contractual staff such as Data Entry Operators, Security Guards, Drivers, and Peons. The honorarium for this group ranges from ₹24,000 for those working 30 days or more, to ₹9,000 for those working less than 15 days.

The order also highlights that the honorarium is only applicable to those directly involved in the election process and is subject to specific financial rules and guidelines. Additionally, only the basic pay on the day of the General Election (i.e., May 25, 2024) will be considered for the calculation of the honorarium.

The Finance Department has instructed that all financial protocols, including GFR-2017 and guidelines issued by ECI, FD, and other government bodies, must be adhered to in the payment process. The honorarium will only be paid after the approval of the Head of the Department (HOD) of the Election Department.

Very Short Answer Question: Question No.2 comprises of 15 sub questions I to XV carrying 2 marks each. Students have to attempt any 13 Questions out of 15 Questions. Answer to each question should be in 25-30 words.

Source-Based/Case Based Question: Question No.3 comprises 1 Source Based or 1 Case Based question with 6 follow up questions. Each question carries 1 mark. Students are required to study these questions and answer the questions given on the basis of these paragraphs.

Short answer type Question: Question No. 4 consists of 4 sub parts (i to iv) with complete internal choice. Each question will carry 4 marks. Answer to the theoretical question should be in about 80-100 words.

Long answer type Question: Question No. 5 consists of 2 sub parts (i to ii) with complete internal choice. Each question will carry 6 marks. Answer to the theoretical question should be in about 125-150 words.
