(History has its basis in recorded accounts of past events. Many specialists from different fields help in understanding history. Archaeologists recover objects by excavation from sites buried under the ground. Their objects are chemically tested through a process called dating. Then scholars classify them, connect things recovered in similar times and locations, so this then helps us to understand how things probably happened then and there. Then, historians record history in a systematic manner, so that people can read and understand the past. To study history, we need various sources. These sources can help us form a clear picture of the past.
