**Chandigarh, May 28, 2025 ( Jobsoftoday) ** – The Chandigarh Administration has scheduled a 10-minute blackout drill in Kishangarh and I.T. Park on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 8:00 PM to 8:10 PM. Announced by the Deputy Commissioner (@dc_chd) on X, this exercise is part of a nationwide Civil Defence initiative to simulate emergency conditions and enhance preparedness for hostile attacks.
Residents are advised to:

This drill follows recent civil defence exercises across India, prompted by heightened tensions after the Pahalgam terror attack and India-Pakistan conflicts. ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 28 ਮਈ 2025 – ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਸ਼ਨਗੜ੍ਹ ਅਤੇ ਆਈ.ਟੀ. ਪਾਰਕ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ, ਵੀਰਵਾਰ, 29 ਮਈ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮ 8:00 ਤੋਂ 8:10 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ 10 ਮਿੰਟ ਦਾ ਬਲੈਕਆਊਟ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਐਲਾਨਿਆ ਹੈ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (@dc_chd) ਨੇ ਇਹ ਐਲਾਨ X 'ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਕਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।
ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ:
