Punjab School Education Board Re-checking Rules and Instructions 2024-25

This blog post is to inform students about the re-checking rules and instructions for the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) exams.

PSEB Re-checking Schedule 2024-25

• Students can apply for re-checking online after the result declaration by the board.
•  The printout of the re-checking form and fee receipt must be kept by the student. There is no need to submit it to the board office.

What is Checked During Re-checking?

• Whether the answer sheets are properly clipped and no pages are missing or tampered with.
•  Whether all the questions and answers have been marked by the student.
• *Whether the total marks awarded for all the questions tally with the marks entered on the title page of the answer sheet.

PUNJAB BOARD Re-checking Fee for Answer sheets 2024-25

• * The fee for re-checking is Rs 500 per answer sheet.

Obtaining Photocopy of Answer Sheet

• Students can request a photocopy of their answer sheet by paying a processing fee and Rs 500.
• The processing fee is Rs 2 per page.

Who Can See the Re-checked Answer Sheet?

• Only the student can see the re-checked answer sheet after paying the re-checking fee and processing fee (if applicable).
• If the student wants a photocopy of the answer sheet after re-checking, they will have to apply during the specified dates and no additional time will be given.

Declaration of Re-checking Result

• * The re-checking result will be available online on the board's website.
• * If there is a change in marks, the board's examination branch will take further necessary action. The student will have to contact the concerned examination branch and submit their old certificate to get a new certificate. The original certificate should only be sent when asked for.

Re-checking Form Filling Dates

• * The dates for filling the re-checking form are from April 22, 2024 to May 6, 2024.

Re-checking Result Date

•  The re-checking result can be seen on the board's website (pseb.ac.in) by June 11, 2024.

How to Apply for PSEB Re-Checking for Class 10th and 12th Exams 2024

1. Visit the official website of the Punjab School Education Board: https://www.pseb.ac.in/
2. Click on the link for "Re-Checking/Re-Evaluation" (the link will be available after the result declaration 10+2 ). For class 10 link will active soon 
3. Fill out the online application form and submit the required fee.
4. Print out a copy of the application form and fee receipt for your records.

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬੋਰਡ ਰੀਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਸ਼ਡਿਊਲ 2024-25

* ਬੋਰਡ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਮੁੜ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

* ਰੀ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਫਾਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਫੀਸ ਦੀ ਰਸੀਦ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟਆਊਟ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਕੋਲ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬੋਰਡ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਰੀ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੀ ਜਾਂਚਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ?

•  ਕੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਪੱਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਕਲਿੱਪ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਪੰਨਾ ਗਾਇਬ ਜਾਂ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
•  ਕੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
•  ਕੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਕੁੱਲ ਅੰਕ ਉੱਤਰ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਰਲੇਖ ਪੰਨੇ 'ਤੇ ਦਰਜ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਮੁੜ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਫੀਸ

• * ਰੀ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਪੱਤਰੀ 500 ਰੁਪਏ ਹੈ।

ਉਤਰ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਫੋਟੋਕਾਪੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨਾ

• * ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਫੀਸ ਅਤੇ 500 ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਫੋਟੋ ਕਾਪੀ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
• * ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਫੀਸ 2 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਪੰਨਾ ਹੈ।

ਪੁਨਰ-ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੌਣ ਦੇਖ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ?

• ਰੀ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਫੀਸ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਫੀਸ (ਜੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਵੇ) ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਹੀ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਦੇਖ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। 
• ਜੇਕਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਰੀ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉੱਤਰ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਫੋਟੋ ਕਾਪੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਮਿਤੀਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਧੂ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਮੁੜ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਦੀ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ

• *ਰੀ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ 'ਤੇ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
• * ਜੇਕਰ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ ਅੱਗੇ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਵਾਂ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਅਸਲ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਮੰਗੇ ਜਾਣ 'ਤੇ ਹੀ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਮੁੜ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਫਾਰਮ ਭਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਾਰੀਖਾਂ 

• * ਰੀ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਫਾਰਮ ਭਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਿਤੀਆਂ 22 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ, 2024 ਤੋਂ 6 ਮਈ, 2024 ਤੱਕ ਹਨ।

ਨਤੀਜੇ ਦੀ ਮੁੜ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ

* ਰੀ-ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ 11 ਜੂਨ, 2024 ਤੱਕ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ (pseb.ac.in) 'ਤੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
