ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਲਈ ਦੂਜੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਜਰਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤੈਅ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਇੱਕ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈਡ ਟੀਚਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਹੈਡ ਟੀਚਰ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਜ਼ਰਬਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਸੀ।
ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਤੱਕ ਸੀਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖ ਸਕਦੀ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਜਰਬੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਅਹੁਦਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਵਿਚਾਰੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਪੱਧਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
