ADMISSION NOTICE FOR RIMC EXAM : DEC 2023
Application are invited from Boys & Girls for admission to Class VIII in the Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC), Dehradun for Jul 2024 Term which will be conducted on 02 Dec 2023 (Saturday) as per criteria given below:-
(a) Entry Age Candidate appearing for the above test should not be less than 11½ years in age and should not be attained the age of 13 years as on 01 Jul 2024 i.e. they should have been born not earlier than 02 Jul 2011 and not later than 01 Jan 2013.
(b) Education Qualification - Candidates should either be studying in Class VII or passed Class VII from any recognized school at the time of admission to the RIMC i.e. on 01 Jul 2024.
3. The prospectus-cum-application form and booklet of old question papers can be obtained from "The Commandant, RIMC, Garhi Cantt, Dehradun, Uttarakhand-248003" by making online payment of 600/- for General Candidates & * 555/- for SC/ST candidates.
The prospectus can also be obtained by making online payment on RIMC website www.rimc.gov.in.
4. Applications in duplicate on prescribed form accompanied by documents to be attached with application form, two passport size photographs, Chandigarh Residence Certificate issued by SDM, Chandigarh, Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card, SC/ST Certificate, and Certificate from Principal of the School in original with photograph affixed on it duly attested mentioning date of birth and in which Class studying.
Application forms in respect of candidates who are resident of U.T, Chandigarh, duly completed must reach Zila Sainik Welfare Office, Sainik Rest House (UT), Sector 21-D, Chandigarh, latest by 15 Oct 2023.
NOTE: Name spelling and date of birth of candidate should be matched in all documents i.e. Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card, Certificate from Principal of the School etc
