ਡੀ.ਐਲ.ਐਡ. ਕੋਰਸ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2023-25 ਦੇ ਦਾਖਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ 03.12.2023 ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉੱਤਰ ਕੁੰਜੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਮਿਤੀ 04.12.2023 ਤੋਂ 07.12.2023 ਤੱਕ ਆਨ ਲਾਈਨ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਵਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਮੰਗੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਤਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘੋਖਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਕੁੰਜੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ www.ssapunjab.org ਤੇ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦੌਰਾਨ 150 ਅੰਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 75 ਅੰਕ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਅੰਕ (ਭਾਵ 50% ਅੰਕ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਅੰਕ) ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਪਾਸ ਹੈ। ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ 74 ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਅੰਕ ( ਭਾਵ 50% ਤੋਂ ਘਟ ਅੰਕ) ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਫੇਲ੍ਹ ਕੈਟਾਗਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਾਸ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਉਸਲਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਜਲਦ ਹੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪਾਸ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ।

ETT ADMISSION 2023 : ਈਟੀਟੀ ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ 

ਡਿਪਲੋਮਾ ਇੰਨ ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ (ਡੀ.ਐਲ.ਐਡ.) ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2023-25 ਦੇ ਦਾਖਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਿਤੀ 26.11.2023 ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਿਤੀ 26.11.2023 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਹੁਣ ਮਿਤੀ 03.12.2023 (ਦਿਨ ਐਤਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਂ ਸਵੇਰੇ 10.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ 1.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਮਿਤੀ 03.12.2023 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਰੋਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਮੁੜ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ । ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਹੈਲਪਲਾਈਨ ਨੰਬਰ 7380013328 ਤੇ ਸਮਾਂ ਸਵੇਰੇ 9.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ www.ssapunjab.org ਨੂੰ ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ।





ਡੀ.ਐਲ.ਐਡ. ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2023-25 ਦੇ ਦਾਖਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ   ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰੋਲ ਨੰਬਰ www.ssapunjab.org ਤੇ  ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ userid ਅਤੇ password ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲਾਗ-ਇੰਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਇਹ Admit card ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਕੋਲ ਹੋਣਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ Admit card ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਲੈਣ ਅਤੇ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਹੋਰ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਏ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ

ਡੀ.ਐਲ.ਐਡ. ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2023-25 ਦੇ ਦਾਖਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਉਮੀਦਾਵਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਮਿਤੀ 26.11.2023 (ਦਿਨ ਐਤਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 10.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 1.00 ਵਜੇ (3 ਘੰਟੇ) ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।


Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed.) (ET.T) Admission 2023-25 

ਸਟੇਟ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਆਫ਼ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਐਂਡ ਟਰੇਨਿੰਗ (ਐੱਸ.ਸੀ.ਈ.ਆਰ.ਟੀ.) ਪੰਜਾਬ Diploma  in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed.) (ET.T) ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2023-25 ਦੇ ਦਾਖ਼ਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਗਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਪਾਸ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਮਾਨਤਾ 2023-25 ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਦੋ ਸਾਲਾ D.E1.Ed. ਕੋਰਸ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਦੇ ਇੱਛੁਕ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਲਿੰਕ`ਤੇ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

Fees for D.El.ed admission 

ਜਨਰਲ/ਬੀ.ਸੀ./ਓ.ਬੀ.ਸੀ. ਫਰੀਡਮ ਫਾਈਟਰ/ਸਪੋਰਟਸ/EWS ਕੈਟਾਗਿਰੀ ਲਈ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਫੀਸ 1000/- ਰੁਪਏ ਅਤੇ ਐਸ.ਸੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ. ਤੇ ਅੰਗਹੀਣ ਕੈਟਾਗਿਰੀ ਲਈ 500/- ਰੁਪਏ ਹੈ। ਐਕਸ ਸਰਵਿਸਮੈਨ (ਖੁਦ) ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਫੀਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ  ਫੀਸ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਭਰੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। 


ਡੀ.ਐਲ. ਐਂਡ ਕੋਰਸ ਲਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਸ ਹੋਏ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਾਉਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ 'ਤੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।


ਯੋਗਤਾ: ਗਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਦੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਪਾਸ ਹੋਵੇ। ਦਸਵੀਂ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ (Recognized Board), ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ, ਹਿੰਦੀ, ਵਿਗਿਆਨ, ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਪਾਸ ਹੋਣੇ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹਨ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਈਟੀਟੀ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਲਈ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਿਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਈਟੀਟੀ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਲਈ ਮੈਰਿਟ 12 ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਡੀ.ਐਲ.ਐਡ. ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2023-25 ਦੇ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਲਈ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ । 

ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਡੀ.ਐਲ.ਐਡ. ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2023-25 ਦੇ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਦੀ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ 10+2 ਤੋਂ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਗਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਮਿਤੀ 04.10.2022 ਨੂੰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। Read below 

 ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਵਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ 10ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ objective type ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 150 Multiple choice questions ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ 3 ਘੰਟੇ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। 

ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਸਿਲੇਬਸ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਂਪਲ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ  ਪੱਤਰ  ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਲਿੰਕ ਤੇ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

Admission to two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) Course in Government and Private affiliated institutions as per National Council for Teachers Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations 2014 through combined Entrance Test and combined merit, based on the result of the Entrance Test is to be undertaken by State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Vidya Bhawan, School Education Board, Block-E, 6th Floor, Mohali-160062.



MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR ETT ADMISSION PUNJAB 2023:

A. Candidates should have passed Graduation with minimum 50% marks in case of general category and 45% marks in the case of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes/ Backward Classes and Physically Handicapped candidates from a recognized institution. No candidate with Re-appear /Compartment/ Result later etc. in qualifying examination shall be eligible for admission.

B. Candidates must have passed Punjabi upto Matric level/ standard.

C. To ensure high quality standards, any candidate who has not passed in the subjects- English, Hindi, Punjabi, Science, Social Studies and Mathematics in Class X Examination shall not be eligible for admission to D.El.Ed course.

HOW TO APPLY FOR D.EL.ED ( ETT ) COURSE 2023-25


To apply for D.el.ed (ETT) in Punjab 2023-25, you will need to follow these steps:

  • Visit the official website of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Punjab: http://scert.epunjabschool.gov.in/DElEd_2018_19/Default.aspx
  • Click on the "Apply Online" link.
  • Create a new account or log in to your existing account.
  • Fill out the online application form carefully, providing all of the required information.
  • Upload the necessary scanned documents, including: Your 10th and 12th mark sheets
  • Your caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Your passport-size photo
  • Pay the application fee online.
  • Submit the application form.

SELECTION CRITERIA FOR D.EL.ED COURSE PUNJAB 2023- 25


Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of merit in the Entrance Test. The minimum marks to qualify this Entrance Test will be 50% in aggregate and 5% relaxation to qualify Entrance test will be given to the reserve categories as per the guidelines of the Government of Punjab. The Entrance Test will be conducted by SCERT Punjab. The date of Entrance Test, syllabus and structure of the Entrance Test will be uploaded on the website of the Department.

MAXIMUM AGE FOR D.EL.ED ADMISSION 2023 


Maximum age limit as on date of application for admission to the course for General Category candidate will be 36 years  with five years age relaxation for SC/ST Candidates.

2:ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ|

6: Lock ਹੋਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਫਾਰਮ ਵਿਚ ਕੁੱਝ ਵੀ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ|
7: ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਲੌਕ ਹੋਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਅਪਣੀ ਫੀਸ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਭਰੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ|
8: ਫੀਸ ਕਨਫਰਮ ਹੋਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਫਾਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ|


DURATION OF D.EL.ED ETT PUNJAB 2023 

The D.El.Ed. Programme shall be of duration of 2 academic years; however, the students shall be permitted to complete the programme within a maximum period of three years from the date of admission to the programme.



WORKING DAYS FOR ETT PER ANNUAL  :   There shall be at least two hundred working days each year exclusive of the period of examination and admission. The institutions shall work for a minimum of 36 hours in a week . 
 The minimum attendance of student teachers shall be 80% for the course work including practicum and 90% for school internship.

 PROPOSAL INTAKE OF ETT IN PUNJAB COLLEGES :- The intake of seats in this admission for Humanities, Science, Commerce and Vocational Streams will be in the ratio of 60:20:10:10 seats respectively as per combined merit, meant for any institution. 

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਈਟੀਟੀ ਦਾਖ਼ਲੇ 2022: ਈਟੀਟੀ ਦਾਖ਼ਲੇ ਲਈ, ਕੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਹੈ? ਈਟੀਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ?


MERIT CRITERIA OF ETT ADMISSION 2022:- As per NCTE rules, the candidates of General Category who have passed graduation with  at least 35% marks or equivalent will be eligible. 

Five percent relaxation in marks will be given to SC/ST students. The admission will be on the merit basis. 

Merit will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying written exam which will be held on July 2033

FILLING OF D.EL.ED SEATS IN PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS:- As per the policy, 60% of seats
in private institutions will be filled on the basis of combined merit through centralized online
counseling by the SCERT and remaining 40% seats of management quota will be filled by the
concerned institutions subject to fulfillment minimum qualification mentioned in this notification. 

 The concerned institution will take the permission from SCERT before starting the admission process for the 40% management seats.


WHAT IS THE FEES STRUCTURE FOR ETT ADMISSION IN PUNJAB 

FEES:- The Private Self Financed D.El.Ed Institutions will charge fees as determined by the fee fixation committee and approved by the Department of School Education, Govt. of PUNJAB

MIGRATION POLICY FOR ETT STUDENTS ( ਇੱਕ ਕਾਲਜ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਮਾਈਗ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਪਾਲਿਸੀ ਕੀ ਹੈ ? 


MIGRATION:- For admission in D.El.Ed. course in Punjab, applications are sought online from candidates and the counseling is done online as well. Seats are allotted in various DIETs on merit basis. During the process the seats allotted to the trainers are at times far away from their home town. Therefore, the department receives applications regarding migrations from various sources throughout the year

. A migration policy has been framed to rationalize this process:- . This policy has been made keeping in view the need to implement the regular migration policy of the department to ensure that the trainees in Punjab DIETS get educational facilities near their homes


  • Under this policy, the trainees studying in self financed (private) colleges affiliated with S.C.E.R.T. will not be entitled to migration. 

 Under this policy, only the trainees of first year (first semester) in D.El.Ed. course will be eligible for migration. The trainees of second year (second semester) in D.El.Ed. course will not be eligible for migration. 



 This policy will apply on mutual and single migration cases. Single Migration will be done purely on merit basis. In case the number of applications in a category is more, migration will be done according to the merit. 

 • Describing the available vacant seats in various DIETs till October 25, after the admission in the first year(first semester) for the purpose of migration of the trainees, a public notice will be issued on the website of the department by October 31, in which details of category wise vacancies will be reported. The trainees who want to get migrated will apply online by 10th of November. 


 • Migration will be done according to the categories. That is if a general category seat is vacant in DIET then only a general category trainee will be migrated to that seat. The same applies to other categories like SC category trainee is eligible for SC category seat, BC category trainee is eligible for BC category seat, Ex Service man category trainee is eligible for Ex Service man category seat, Freedom Fighter category trainee is eligible for Freedom Fighter category seat, Handicapped category trainee is eligible for Handicapped category seat. 

 • In mutual migration cases, both trainees will be migrated only after receiving written consent from the concerned heads of the institution. •

 The government holds the authority to give preference to the handicapped and trainees suffering from chronic diseases. 

 . Students with long absence will not be considered for migration. 

 • This policy will be implemented from the date of issue w.e.f 8.10.2018.

Answer: Graduation or Equivalent passed with minimum 50% marks for General Category and 45% marks for SC/ST Category. No candidate with Re-appear/ Compartment/ Resalt later etc. in qualifying examination shall be eligible to apply.
