Punjab Government Reservation Points for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Schedule castes ( SC) and OBC

100 Points Roster system Punjab Govt
The Punjab government has announced new reservation points for economically weaker sections (EWS) in direct recruitment Group A, B, C and D posts. The decision was taken in a meeting of the Council of Ministers on March 2, 2019.
The new reservation points are as follows:
- Group A: 10%
- Group B: 10%
- Group C: 10%
- Group D: 10%
The government has also directed all departments to implement the new reservation points with immediate effect.
The move is aimed at providing greater opportunities for economically weaker sections in government jobs. The government has said that it is committed to providing equal opportunities to all sections of society.
