ਚੰਡੀਗੜ 2 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ(ਪ੍ਰਮੋਦ ਭਾਰਤੀ) ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੜਾਈ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਣਾਤਮਿਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ ਸੱਤ ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਫੰਡ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ
ਕੋਵਿਡ-19 ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਘੱਟ ਸਮਾਂ ਖੁਲਣ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੜਾਈ ਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਉਪਰਾਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਣਾਤਮਿਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੁਹਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ ਸੱਤ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਿਜੈ ਇੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ’ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ ਉੱਚਾ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਲਈ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 6, 97, 01,00 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਫੰਡ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਰਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੋਵਿਡ-19 ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਕੂਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਸਮਾਂ ਖੁਲੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਪਾੜੇ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਨਾਖਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪਾੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਲਰਨਿੰਗ ਇਨਹਾਂਸਮੈਂਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ (ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ) ਆਧਾਰਤ ਹਿਸਾਬ, ਸਾਇੰਸ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ, ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ, ਹਿੰਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਵਧਾਉਣ (ਰੀਜਿਲਿਐਂਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ) ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸਪਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ/ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਫੰਡ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਫੰੰਡ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਰਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਇਨਾਂ ਫੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਪਾੜਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਸਾਇਨਮੈਂਟਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਾਪੀਆਂ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਹਿਸਾਬ, ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ, ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਲਈ ਹਫਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲਈ ਹਫਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਦਿਨ ਅਸਾਈਨਮੈਂਟਾਂ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਪਾੜਾ ਪੂਰਨ ਲਈ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਅਚੀਵਮੈਂਟ ਸਰਵੇ (ਐਨ.ਏ.ਐਸ.) ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਅਸਾਇਨਮੈਂਟਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਵੀ ਫੰਡ ਵਰਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਫੰਡ ਬਾਰਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਆਰਟਸ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੈਪ ਐਕਟੀਵਿਟੀ ਤੇ ਪੋਲਿਟੀਕਲ ਸਾਇੰਸ/ਹਿਸਟਰੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਸਾਇਨਮੈਂਟਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਵਰਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣਗੇ।
Chandigarh, April 2(Parmod Bharti ) Education department releases around Rs. 7 crore to the government schools for the raising the standard of education
The Punjab School Education Department has decided to release an amount of around Rs. 7 crore to the government schools for taking various measures to compensate the students for the loss of education due to closing of the school during Covid-19.
Disclosing this here today, a spokesperson of the school education department said that on the directions of the Education Minister Mr. Vijay Inder Singla an amount of Rs. 6,97,01,00 is being released for raising the standard of education and to enhance the learning ability of students of different classes.
According to the spokesperson, schools had to be closed for a long duration in the last academic session due to Covid-19. So, the gap in learning has been identified in different subjects. To fill this gap, funds are going to be released under Learning Enhancement Program (Secondary) for the Supplementary Materials / Practical and various activities. The Resilience Program for Mathematics, Science, Punjabi, English, Hindi and Social Sciences will also be initiated.
These funds will be used for Learning based assignments to fill the learning gap of students of different classes. Assignments of Mathematics, English and Social Sciences will be sent to the students daily, while three days in a week for Science and two days in a week for Hindi and Punjabi. In addition, funds can also be used for assignments for the National achievement servey (NAS). These funds may also be used for Map Activity and Political Science / History assignments for Class XII humanities Group students.
