Chandigarh, September 24:

          The Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Tuesday achieved another milestone by giving 45560 government jobs in merely 30 months of its tenure thereby enlightening the lives of the youth.

          Handing over the appointment letters to as many as 586 new candidates in the Health and Family Welfare Department on the behalf of CM Bhagwant Singh Mann at Tagore Theatre here, Punjab Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Balbir Singh described it as a historical juncture that will transform the destiny of youth. He said that this event reflects the commitment of the state government to ensure the well being of youth and opening new avenues of employment for them.

          The new recruits included 558 Multipurpose Health Workers (Female) or Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs), 14 Ophthalmic Officers, six Medical Laboratory Technicians Grade-2, three Stenographers and five Ward Attendants (on compassionate grounds).

          Dr Balbir Singh, while addressing the gathering said that to further strengthen the Health Department, 1390 posts of doctors are being filled in a phased manner by the Punjab government out of which the advertisement for 400 posts has already been issued in the first phase. Apart from this, the appointment of 435 house surgeons is also under process, he added.

          Pertinently, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the health department has welcomed as many as 1910 new recruits, including 586 individuals who joined today.

          The Health Minister said that there were a total 986 new regular recruitments of Multipurpose Health Workers (Female) in the Health Department, of which, 586 will be joining the department today, while, 428 more candidates will also be given appointment letters shortly.

          He said that it is a matter of immense pride and satisfaction that all the youth have been selected for these posts purely on the basis of their eligibility and intelligence. Due to concerted efforts of the CM Bhagwant Singh Mann reverse migration has started in the state, he said, while adding that instead of going abroad in search of green pastures, the youth of the state are now working hard here to get the jobs.

          Dr Balbir Singh said that with addition of 30 new Aam Aadmi Clinics in the state, the total number of clinics have been reached to 872 in just 30 months, and over 2 crores people availed treatment from these clinics.

PSPCL introduces OTS Scheme: Power Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO appeals consumers to avail golden opportunity

Chandigarh, September 24 ( PBJOBSOFTODAY)

Punjab Power Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO on Tuesday announced the launch of the One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme, a three-month initiative by the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) to settle pending amounts for all consumers, including industrial, domestic, and commercial connections, whether running or disconnected. 

Revealing this in a press communiqué issued here, the Power Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO said that this scheme presents a golden opportunity for electricity consumers, offering simplified terms to clear pending dues by December 22, 2024. Under the OTS Scheme, a simple interest of 9% will be charged on pending defaulting amounts and 10% for the consumers who indulge in court cases, compared to the existing 18% compound interest. Additionally, fixed charges will be waived for periods less than six months, and only six months of fixed charges will be applied for periods exceeding six months.

Disclosing further, the Minister said that the OTS Scheme also introduces a provision for payment in four instalments, whereas existing instructions do not provide for instalment payments. Furthermore, the levied penalty will be waived off for pending additional security (consumption) if the amount is paid in a lump sum.

“Consumers with pending court cases can also benefit from this scheme, and cases will be settled on a first-come, first-served basis. The main aspect of the OTS Scheme is that it ensures time-bound case processing”, he added.

Encouraging consumers to take advantage of this opportunity to settle their pending amounts and benefit from the simplified terms, the Power Minister said that the Power Department of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann led Punjab Government is always committed to serving its consumers in every possible manner.

Chandigarh, September 24 ( PBJOBSOFTODAY) Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Tuesday asked the newly inducted Ministers of the state Cabinet to discharge their duty with utmost dedication, sincerity, honesty and commitment to ensure that benefits of pro-people schemes are percolated to people at ground level.

Interacting with the Cabinet Ministers, who called on the Chief Minister at his official residence, Bhagwant Singh Mann said that people of the state have bestowed a huge responsibility on everyone by giving a whopping mandate to them. The Chief Minister said that it is the bounden duty of every Minister to work hard for the well being of the people and progress of the state. He said that it is the need of hour to restore the pristine glory of the state and make Punjab a frontrunner state in the country. 

The Chief Minister said that fresh young blood has been infused in the state cabinet adding that these new Ministers will further work hard to take the state to the zenith of its glory. He called upon the Ministers to serve the public with missionary zeal so as to ensure that the issues of immense public importance are resolved at the earliest. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the state government has already embarked several pro-people and development oriented schemes for welfare of the public adding he hoped the new Ministers will further ensure the meticulous implementation of these schemes.  

Congratulating the new Ministers, the Chief Minister asked them to serve the people of state with full enthusiasm and devotion. He expressed hope that the new Ministers will further work wholeheartedly for cherishing the aspirations of the great freedom fighters and national leaders. Bhagwant Singh Mann envisioned that the new Ministers will also act as a catalyst to implement the policies and programs of the state government in the right earnest.

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 24 ਸਤੰਬਰ: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਮੁੱਹਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮਕਸਦ ਨਾਲ ਫਿਨਲੈਂਡ ਦੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਆਫ਼ ਤੁਰਕੂ ਵਿਖੇ ਭੇਜਣ ਦਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਮੁੱਹਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

 ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

ਸ.ਬੈਂਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਫਰਵਰੀ 2023 ਤੋਂ ਕੁੱਲ 198 ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੰਗਾਪੁਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੋ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ- ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਆਫ਼ ਸਿੰਗਾਪੁਰ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦਿਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।

 ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ 100 ਹੈੱਡ ਮਾਸਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਈ.ਆਈ.ਐਮ. ਅਹਿਮਦਾਬਾਦ ਵਿਖੇ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ, ਸਕੂਲ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਏ.ਆਈ. ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਦੁਆਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਇਛੁੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅੱਜ ਮਿਤੀ 24 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024 ਤੋਂ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਮੁਚੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਈ.ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਤੋਂ ਲਈ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਇਸ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਵਿਧੀ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 24 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024 (ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ)ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਵਾਰ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟੋਰੇਟ ਆਫ ਸਕੂਲ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ (ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ) ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਇੱਕ ਮੀਮੋ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਈਟੀਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਐਚਟੀਜ ਅਤੇ ਐਚਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਸੀਐਚਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਵਾਰ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕਰਨ।

ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫਸਰ ਇਸ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

ਮੋਹਾਲੀ, 23 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ (ਪੀਐਸਈਬੀ) ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਫਿਨਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ 3 ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਦੀ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਹੁਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਖਾਰਨਾ ਹੈ।

ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਮਾਪਦੰਡ:

• ਉਮਰ: 30 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024 ਤੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ/ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ 43 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ, ਐਚਟੀ/ਸੀਐਚਟੀ ਲਈ 48 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਅਤੇ ਬੀਪੀਈਓ ਲਈ 48 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
• ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ: ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2025 ਤੱਕ ਵੈਧ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਹੋਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
• ਕੋਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਨਹੀਂ: ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਚਾਰਜਸ਼ੀਟ/ਜਾਂਚ/ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਕੇਸ/ਆਦਿ ਪੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।
• ਸਿਫਾਰਸ਼ਾਂ: ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੀਆਂ 20 ਸਿਫਾਰਸ਼ਾਂ/ਹਵਾਲੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ 10 ਮਾਪੇ ਅਤੇ 10 ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ।

ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ:

• ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਵੈਰੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫਸਰ (ਐਸਈਓ) ਦੁਆਰਾ 27 ਸਤੰਬਰ, 2024 ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ CM ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (AAP) ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਢਾਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤੀਜੀ ਵਾਰ ਕੈਬਿਨੇਟ 'ਚ ਤਬਦੀਲੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਵਾਰ 5 ਨਵੇਂ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਤਰਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਿੰਦਰ ਗੋਯਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ, ਰਵਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ 4 ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਬਿਨੇਟ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਕੈਬਿਨੇਟ 'ਚ ਤਬਦੀਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ, CM ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰੋਸੇਮੰਦ OSD ਓੰਕਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਪੰਜ ਨਵੇਂ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੁੰਡੀਆਂ, ਤਰੁਣਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੋਂਧ, ਬਰਿੰਦਰ ਗੋਇਲ, ਮੋਹਿੰਦਰ ਭਗਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਮਨ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਅੱਜ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5 ਵਜੇ ਰਾਜ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

ਮੀਡੀਆ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਪੱਛਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਮੋਹਿੰਦਰ ਭਗਤ ਨੇ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਫੋਨ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਚੌਥਾ ਫੇਰਬਦਲ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਵਿੱਚ 15 ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਨ। ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 18 ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ 1158 ਸਹਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਇਬ੍ਰੇਰੀਅਨ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਜਿੱਤ

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 1158 ਸਹਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਇਬ੍ਰੇਰੀਅਨ ਭਰਤੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਟਵੀਟ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਸ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ, ਮੁਬਾਰਕਬਾਦ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ 2364 ETT ਮਾਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੂਜੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਹੈ, ਦੋਵੇਂ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਦਾਲਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਟਕ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।

ਇਹ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਹਤਰੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਲੈ ਜਾਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬੈਂਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜੋ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਬਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਸਹਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਲਈ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਜਿੱਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਮੋੜ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਾਹ ਸਾਫ਼ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗਰਾਮ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ 2024 ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ

 **ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗਰਾਮ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ 2024 ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ**

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 22 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024 – ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਗਰਾਮ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। 22 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਗਰਾਮ ਪੰਚਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਪੰਚਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ  ਲਈ ਇਹ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹਨ।

ਇਸ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 20 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਦੇਹਾਤੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤਾਂ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 16 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਅਤੇ 19 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਰਾਜ ਐਕਟ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਰਪੰਚਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਇਸੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਰਾਜ ਐਕਟ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣੇ ਹਨ।

ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਰਪੰਚਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੋਣ  ਲਈ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਕ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੈਜ਼ੇਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਰਾਜ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਈਮੇਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭੇਜਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
