ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਜਿਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਖਾਲੀ ਪੋਸਟਾਂ ਤੇ ਹੈਡ ਟੀਚਰਜ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਹੈਡ ਟੀਚਰਜ ਪਰਮੋਸ਼ਨਾ ਜਲਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਰੀ ।

ਹੁਣ ਨਹੀ ਰੁਕਣਗੀਆਂ ਪਰਮੋਸ਼ਨਾ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਕੇਡਰ ਪਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਜਲਦ । ਬਾਰਡਰ ਏਰੀਏ ਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਨਕਰੀਮੈਂਟ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਬਣ ਰਹੀ ਪਰਪੋਜਲ  ਤੋ ਵੀ ਕਰਾਇਆ  ਜਾਣੂ । ਗੈਰਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਕੰਮ,ਬੀ ਐਲ ਓਜ ਡਿਊਟੀਆ ,ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਕੰਮ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟਾਂ ਖਰਚ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਇੱਕਦਮ ਬਣਦੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਘੱਟ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਠੋਸ ਨੀਤੀ । ਸਾਰੇ ਜਿਲਿਆਂ ਤੋ  ਤੋ ਬੀ ਐਲ ਓਜ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਡਾਟਾ ਮੰਗਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਦਿਤੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ । ਅੱਜ ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ ਟੀਚਰਜ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ (ਰਜਿ) ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਨੂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲੇ ਸੂਬਾਈ ਵਫਦ ਵੱਲੋ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੱਖਦੇ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ  ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਮਿਲੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿਖਿਆ ਅਨਿੰਦਿਤਾ ਮਿਤਰਾ  ਨਾਲ ਉੱਪ ਸਿਖਿਆ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਢੋਲਣ ,  ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ (ਐਲੀ)  ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮਤੀ ਹਰਕੀਰਤ ਕੌਰ ਚਾਨੇ  ਦੀ ਹਾਜਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਹੋਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਈ ਟੀ ਟੀ /ਹੈੱਡਟੀਚਰ  /ਸੈਂਟਰ ਹੈੱਡਟੀਚਰ / ਬੀ ਪੀ ਈ ਓਜ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਤੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਤੇ 2018 ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਨੁਕਸਾਨਾਂ ਤੋ ਵੀ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਾਇਆ । 

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ  ਕਈ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀਆਂ ਦੇਦਿਆ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਤੋ ਹਰੇਕ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨਾ ਲਈ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਤਹਿਤ ਸਭ ਪਰਮੋਸ਼ਨਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਜਿਲਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈਡ ਟੀਚਰਜ /ਸੈਟਰ ਹੈਡ ਟੀਚਰਜ ਪੋਸਟਾਂ  ਭਰਨ ਲਈ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ (ਐਲੀ) ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਹੀ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਜਿਲਾ ਸਿਖਿਆ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ । ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੈਡ ਟੀਚਰ ਸੈਟਰ ਹੈਡ ਟੀਚਰ ਪਰਮੋਂਸ਼ਨਾ ਨਹੀ ਰੁਕਣਗੀਆਂ । ਸਾਰੀਆ ਪਰਮੋਸ਼ਨਾ ਪੂਰੀਆ ਕੀਤੀਆ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। 

ਹੈੱਡਟੀਚਰ ਪੋਸਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ 6230 ਤੋ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਧ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨਿਯਮਾ ਚ ਸੋਧ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ , ਹੈੱਡਟੀਚਰ ਦੀ ਪੋਸਟ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕਰਨ ,ਬੀ ਪੀ ਈ ਓਜ 90 % ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਕੋਟੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਪਰਮੋਸ਼ਨਾ ਜਲਦ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਕਾਡਰ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨਾ  ਜਲਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਤੋ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਕੇਸ ਮੰਗਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿਤੇ ਗਏ । 

ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨ ਲਈ ਗੈਰਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਕੰਮ ਅਤੇ ਬੀ ਐਲ ਓਜ ਡਿਊਟੀਆਂ ,ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਕੰਮਾਂ , ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟਾਂ ਖਰਚ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਇੱਕਦਮ ਬਣਦੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਘੱਟ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਿਖਿਆ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਵੱਲੋ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ 

ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਤੋ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਾਇਆ । ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਿਲਿਆਂ ਤੋ ਬੀ ਐਲ ਓਜ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਡਾਟਾ ਮੰਗਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਦਿਤੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ।*

ਫਾਈਨ ਆਰਟਸ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਟ ਕਰਾਫਟ ਵਜੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਕਾਡਰ ਚ ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟ ਕਰਨ ਨਿਯਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅੰਕੜਾ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਗਿਆ ।180 ਟੈਟ ਪਾਸ ਈ ਟੀ ਟੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਮੁੱਢਲੇ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਬਹਾਲ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਸਕੇਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ , 6635 ਈ ਟੀ ਟੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਚ ਰੀਕਾਸਟ ਕੈਟਾਗਿਰੀਜ 106  ਈ ਟੀ ਟੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਕੋਲੋ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਲਈ ਭੇਜੀ ਫਾਈਲ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿਤਾ ਗਿਆ ।

Eligibility Criteria for DSSSB Recruitment 2025

1. Educational Qualification (Essential)

• For TGT (Subject posts): Bachelor’s Degree (with at least 50% marks) in the concerned subject (studied for minimum 2 years) OR Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks.
• Integrated degree option: 4-year integrated B.El.Ed / B.Sc.B.Ed / B.A.B.Ed from an NCTE recognized institute (concerned subject studied for at least 3 years) is acceptable.
• Teacher qualification: B.Ed or three-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed (where applicable).
• CTET: Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE is mandatory.
• Post-specific notes: Candidates must have studied the subject concerned (e.g., Maths for TGT-Maths).

2. Age Limit & Relaxation

• Upper age limit: Not exceeding 30 years (as on 07/11/2025).
