ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ: ਅਹਿਮ ਫੈਸਲੇ
ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਮੁੱਖ ਫੈਸਲੇ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਅੱਜ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ। ਇਹ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਥਿਤ ਸੀਐਮ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ 'ਤੇ ਹੋਈ, ਜੋ ਲਗਭਗ ਦੋ ਘੰਟੇ ਚੱਲੀ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਅਹਿਮ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ 'ਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ
ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਖਾਸ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਬਿੰਦੂ:

ਇੱਕ ਨਾਇਬ ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ ਉੱਥੇ ਬੈਠੇਗਾ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਫਾਈਡ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਨਿਯਮ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਫਾਈਡ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਨਿਯਮ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਹਨ:

ਮਕਾਨ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਆਸਾਨ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਘੱਟ ਉਚਾਈ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੀਮਾ 15 ਮੀਟਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ 21 ਮੀਟਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਲੋਕ ਖੁਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਰਕੀਟੈਕਟ ਤੋਂ ਨਕਸ਼ਾ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਗੇ (ਸੈਲਫ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ)।

ਗ੍ਰਾਉਂਡ ਕਵਰੇਜ ਦੇ ਸੌ ਫੁੱਟ ਦੇ ਪਲਾਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਨਿਯਮ ਨਵੇਂ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਹੁਣ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ
ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਪਗ੍ਰੇਡ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਦਾ ਦਰਜਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਨਿਗਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ (ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਜਨਸੰਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਐਸਟੀ ਕੁਲੈਕਸ਼ਨ) ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਨੇ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
Punjab Cabinet Meeting Scheduled for Today Under CM Bhagwant Mann

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has convened a meeting of the state cabinet today, October 28, in Chandigarh. The meeting is expected to begin around 10 a.m. at the Chief Minister’s official residence.
While the government has not released an official agenda for the session, reliable sources indicate that several key administrative and political matters are likely to be discussed. One of the main topics could include preparations for the 350th birth anniversary celebrations of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji to be held in Punjab later this year.
Officials also suggest that discussions may take place on the upcoming local body elections, including the possibility of finalizing the election schedule. The government might also review the current administrative setup and ongoing development projects across the state.
