ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ 3 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਡੀ.ਏ. ਵਧਾਇਆ
ਸ਼ਿਮਲਾ, 15 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ:( ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੁੱਖੂ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਤਿੰਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ (DA) ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਡੀ.ਏ. ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਤੋਂ ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਡੀ.ਏ. ਵੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਡੀ.ਏ. ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਜੁਲਾਈ 2023 ਤੋਂ ਮਾਰਚ 2025 ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਡੀ.ਏ. ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਬਜਟ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ
ਸੀ.ਐਮ. ਸੁੱਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੁੱਖੂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਤਿੰਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਡੀ.ਏ. ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ 2025-26 ਦੇ ਬਜਟ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਇਸਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਿਆ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਸੀ.ਐਮ. ਨੇ ਦਿਵਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸਦੀ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ 58 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਡੀ.ਏ. ਦੇ ਚੁੱਕੀ
ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 58 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਦਰ ਹੁਣ 42 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਦੀ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕੁਝ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ।
Himachal Govt Announces 3% DA Hike for Employees and Pensioners
Shimla, October 15:( jobsoftoday) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has announced a 3% Dearness Allowance (DA) increase for all government employees and pensioners of the state. The government will release this DA along with the salary and pension for the month of October 2025.
According to the announcement, the arrears of DA from April to September will be credited directly into the bank accounts of employees and pensioners. The regular payment of DA will start from October salary onwards.
The Chief Minister also stated that the arrears from July 2023 to March 2025 will be addressed through a separate government order to be issued soon.
Announcement Made in Budget Speech
Chief Minister Sukhu had earlier announced the 3% DA hike in his 2025-26 Budget Speech, but the payment had not been implemented so far. Now, just before Diwali, the government has fulfilled its promise by officially declaring the release of DA.
Central Govt Already Paying 58% DA
Currently, the Central Government is paying 58% Dearness Allowance to its employees, while in Himachal Pradesh, the DA rate was 42% till now. With today’s announcement, the state employees will now receive 45% DA, bringing them slightly closer to central government rates.
