The Central Bank of India has announced the Apprentice Recruitment 2025 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. A total of 4500 apprenticeship vacancies are available across various states and union territories. Eligible graduates can apply online through the official website centralbankofindia.co.in before the last date.
Established in 1911, the Central Bank of India is one of the oldest and largest public sector banks in India, with a network of over 4,500+ branches and a business volume exceeding ₹7,00,000 crore.

🧑🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Candidates must be:
- An Indian citizen, or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962, or
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries, with the intention of permanent settlement in India.
Age Limit (as on 31.05.2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years (relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per Government norms)
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Only those who have graduated on or after 01 January 2021 are eligible to apply.

⏳ Duration & Stipend
The engagement period for Central Bank apprentices will be 12 months. During this time, candidates will receive practical training on banking functions and services.
Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000/- (fixed)
- No additional allowances like HRA, TA, DA, etc., will be paid.
- Apprentices will not be entitled to any benefits applicable to regular employees of the bank.
- Apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment.

The exam is objective in nature with no negative marking. It includes the following sections:
