Important Notice for Master Cadre Recruitment in Punjab
The Directorate of School Education (Secondary), Punjab has released an important public notice regarding the recruitment of Master Cadre teachers.
Key Highlights:
- Recast Selection Lists: Following a decision by the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 4264 of 2021, the selection lists for 3704 Master Cadre posts in various subjects have been recast.
- Appointment Letters: Newly eligible candidates in Math, Science, English, and Hindi (excluding those already joined and still eligible in the recast list) are invited to collect their appointment letters on March 29, 2025.
- Venue: The appointment letters will be distributed at the fourth floor of the Directorate of School Education (Secondary), Punjab, Phase-8, S.A.S. Nagar.
- Important Note: Failure to collect the appointment letter on the specified date will result in the cancellation of the candidate's claim for appointment.
- Required Documents: Candidates must bring the following documents:
- Proof of application
- Proof of identity (Aadhar Card/Voter Card)
- Self-declaration (as per the attached proforma)
- Withdrawal of Previous Notice: The public notice dated March 24, 2025, regarding the subjects of Hindi, Punjabi, and Social Education, has been withdrawn.
