ਵੇਰਕਾ ਭਰਤੀ 2025: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਸਹਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੁੱਧ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਸੰਘ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ (ਮਿਲਕਫੈੱਡ ਪੰਜਾਬ) ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਦਫਤਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਪੂਰਣਕਾਲੀਨ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ (ਵਿਕਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਵੰਡ) ਦੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਲਈ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ/ਬਾਇਓਡਾਟਾ ਮੰਗਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਮਿਆਦ ਲਈ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮੇ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਲੋੜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਯੋਗਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਤਜਰਬਾ:
- ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਕੋਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਮਬੀਏ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
- ਵਿਕਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ 15 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਡੇਅਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ 10 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਦਿੱਲੀ-ਐਨਸੀਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
