He called life liberty and property rights as natural rights. Human rights are inherited from birth. Many rights are granted by the state or government. India has also given six fundamental rights to its citizens. National Human Rights Commission has been established to protect human rights in India. Six freedoms are also given in Article 19 of the Constitution of India. RTI (Right to Information) is not a fundamental right but it is a very important right.
