Army Public Schools Recruitment of Teachers (On Regular Basis)
Army Public Schools are inviting applications for the recruitment of Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) and Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) on a regular basis. The positions are available in Jalandhar, Amritsar, Beas, Tibri, Ferozepur, and Kapurthala.
The schools are co-educational, private, unaided, well-established, and affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
- Fresh Candidates (No Experience): Below 40 years
- Experienced Candidates: Below 57 years (including Ex-Servicemen). Minimum 5 years of experience in the last 10 years. For Army Spouses, minimum 5 years of cumulative experience.
Educational Qualification: As per CBSE Byelaws for all posts.
Other Requirements:
- PGT/TGT candidates must have qualified in the Online Screening Test (OST) conducted by AWES. If not, they must qualify within 2 years of appointment.
- CTET/TET with a minimum of 60% marks is mandatory for TGTs.
Application Process
1. Download the application form from the school website: www.armyschoolasr.org.in or request for it via email at armypublicschoolasr@gmail.com.
2. Fill out a separate application form for each category (PGT/TGT).
3. Pay a registration fee of Rs. 250/- for each application through a Demand Draft in favor of Army Public School, Amritsar.
4. Submit the filled application form along with attested copies of certificates, mark sheets, and degrees to the Principal, Army Public School, Amritsar, P.O. Khasa, PIN- 143107 on or before 10th January 2025, up to 1400 hrs.
5. Applications received after the deadline or without self-attested copies of documents will be rejected.
Selection Process
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The decision of the School Management will be final and binding. No TA/DA will be admissible.
