Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Matriculation/10+2 with Science or equivalent from a recognized university or institution. Diploma in Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) from a recognized university or institution.
- Registration: Registered as Multipurpose Health Worker Female with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council.
- Language: Punjabi up to Matric standard.
- Computer Skills: Computer knowledge preferred.
- Age Limit: Up to 37 years (relaxation as per government rules).
Empanelment Fee:
Rs. 11/- per patient attended with a minimum assured guarantee of 50 patients per day (calculated monthly).
