Pay Scales
The pay scale for Constable (GD) under the sports quota is as follows:
- Basic Pay: Rs. 21,700 - Rs. 69,100 (Level-3 as per 7th CPC)
- Other allowances as per Central Government rules.
Eligibility
- Age: 18-23 years (relaxation as per rules).
- Nationality: Indian.
- Sports qualification: Medal winners or participants in recognized competitions.
Qualification
Applicants must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
Age
The age limit is 18 to 23 years as of January 1, 2025. Relaxation is applicable for SC/ST, OBC, and departmental candidates.
