Punjab Education Department Initiates Transfer Process under Exempted Category
Chandigarh, September 25, 2024 (Jobsoftofay) In a recent development, the Punjab Education Department has initiated the process for teacher transfers under the *Exempted Category* as per the guidelines issued on February 26, 2024. The transfer policy aims to streamline the transfer requests of teachers, particularly those in the *Exempted Category*, through an online process.
According to official sources, the necessary data for teachers who fall under the Exempted Category must be updated on the Punjab School Portal by September 30, 2024. The department has provided a window from October 2, 2024, to submit the required details online. The online portal, epunjabschoolportal, allows teachers to log in using their credentials to ensure a smooth and transparent transfer process.
The Punjab ICT Education Society (PICTES) has been instructed to facilitate this transfer process based on the transfer policy amendments made in 2019 and further updated in subsequent orders. The department has emphasized that schools and teachers must adhere strictly to the deadlines for data submission to avoid complications.
Officials have further clarified that the Exempted Category teachers who fail to submit their data in the stipulated time frame may face delays in the transfer process. Additionally, online submissions are the only accepted format, with no manual applications allowed.

**ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 25 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024 ( ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ 26 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਬਾਦਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਛੂਟ ਵਾਲੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ (Exempted category) ਹੇਠਾਂ ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਨਵੀਂ ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਨੀਤੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਛੂਟ ਵਾਲੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਬਾਦਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੁਗਮ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
ਅਧਿਕਾਰਕ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, Exempted category ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਡਾਟਾ 30 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024 ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਪੋਰਟਲ ’ਤੇ ਅੱਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।
ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ 2 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2024 ਤੋਂ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਵਿੰਡੋ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। epunjabschoolportal ਪੋਰਟਲ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਰੀਏ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਆਪਣੀ ਲਾਗਿਨ ਆਈਡੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਆਵੇਦਨ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੇ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗਾ।
ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਪੰਜਾਬ ICT ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ (PICTES) ਵੱਲੋਂ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲੇ ਗਏ ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਡਾਟਾ ਦੇ ਅੱਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਮਿਆਦ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਛੂਟ ਵਾਲੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਿਆਦ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਡਾਟਾ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੇ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਬਾਦਲੇ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਰ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਆਵেদন ਸਿਰਫ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਆਵੇਦਨ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
