ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕੰਟਰੋਲਰ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਪਲਾਈਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਖਪਤਕਾਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਮਿਤੀ 23-9-2024 ਤੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5.00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਵਕੈਂਸੀਆਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸਰਕਲ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੰਮ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਪੂਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਈਜ / ਕੇਂਦਰ / ਵਾਰਡ ਵਾਈਜ਼ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਖਾਲੀ ਅਸਾਮੀਆ ਦੇ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਮੂਚੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ http://foodsuppb.gov.in ਤੇ ਉਪਲੱਬਧ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕੰਟਰੋਲਰ, ਖੁਰਾਕ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਪਲਾਈਜ ਅਤੇ ਖਪਤਕਾਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ, ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਤੋ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਜਿਲਾ ਕੰਟਰੋਲਰ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਮਿਤੀ 23.09.2024 ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਸਿਵਲ ਰਿਟ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਨੰ. 963 of 2021 ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਡਿਪੂ ........ ਹੋਲਡਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਤੀ 25.11.2020 ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਪੂ ਦੇ ਲਾਇਸੰਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਜੇਕਰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਪੂ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਸਾਲ 2023 ਦੋਰਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰਾਂ/ਡਿਪੂ ਹੋਲਡਰਾ/ਹੋਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ ਹੀ ਵਿਚਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਪਰੰਤੂ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ/ ਬਿਨੈ ਪੱਤਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਂ ਵਾਧੂ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੱਕ ਨਿਮਨਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।।
