ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। 30 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2025 ਤੱਕ 5000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਖਾਲੀ ਪਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ, ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੁੱਧ ਪਿਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਮਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

In a significant move towards enhancing the welfare of its citizens, the Punjab Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, has announced a robust plan to strengthen Anganwadi services across the state. The initiative, highlighted in a recent post on X by the Government of Punjab (@PbGovtIndia), focuses on empowering and making these services more people-centric.
The government has committed to filling over 5,000 vacant posts of Anganwadi Workers and Helpers by September 30, 2025. This ambitious recruitment drive aims to bolster the infrastructure and support system for early childhood care and development, which is crucial for the state's future generations.
A landmark decision in this initiative is the provision of job opportunities to the dependents of Anganwadi Workers or Helpers who have become permanently disabled or unfit due to terminal illnesses during their service. Social Security, Women, and Child Development Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur emphasized that this is a first-of-its-kind move, showcasing the government's dedication to the welfare of its workforce.

ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਵਰਕਰ/ਹੈਲਪਰ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਲਈ ਉਮਰ : Age for Recruitment of Anganwadi Worker/Helper:
ਉੁਮਰi. ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਵਰਕਰ/ਹੈਲਪਰ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਲਈ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਉਮਰ 18 ਸਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ 35 ਸਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।ii. ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ/ਪਿਛੜੀਆਂ ਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ 40 ਸਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।ਦਿਵਿਆਂਗਜਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੇ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ 45 ਸਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਅਤੇ ਸੰਬਧਤ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋ ਜਾਰੀ ਯੂ.ਡੀ.ਆਈ.ਡੀ.(UDID) ਕਾਰਡ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।iv. ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ - ਵਿਧਵਾ, ਤਲਾਕਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਜਾਂ NRI ਤੋਂ ਪੀੜਤ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਉਪਰਲੀ ਹੱਦ 45 ਸਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
