PRINCIPAL/ TGT / PRIMARY CADRE POST RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION OUT
Society for the Care of Blind, Sector: 26, Chandigarh require applications to fill the following 95% Grant-in-Aid and Non-Aided posts of the Institute for the Blind and Society. Salary will be paid under 95% Grant-in-Aid Scheme and society's norms for Non-Aided posts of the Society.

Principal (95% Grant-in-Aid Post)
Post-Graduation with atleast 50% Marks from recognized college/university and Diploma in Special Education (in Visual Impairment (V.I.) recognized by RCI with at least 50% marks in aggregate and valid registration with RCI. Minimum 10 Years' Experience as a Head of the School or PGT for 15 years. She/He should have knowledge of computer and Braille.
TGT Special Educator (Social Science Teacher) (95% Grant-in-Aid Post) TGT Special Educator (Hindi) (95% Grant-in-Aid Post)
(A) (i) Graduation from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
(ii) Bachelor of Education Degree (Special Education in Visual Impairment) from recognized by RCI with at least 50% marks in aggregate and valid registration with RCI. OR ) (i) Graduation from a recognized university with at least 50% (ii) Bachelor of Education Degree with two years Diploma (Special)
Candidate must have cleared CTET-II.
She/He should have knowledge of computer and Braille
JBT Special Educator (95% Grant-in-Aid Post):
Graduation or its equivalent from recognized university. .Two Years Diplma in Special Education (Visual Impairment) or its equivalent, recognized by RCI with at least 50% marks in aggre-gate and valid registration with RCI. Candidate must have cleared CTET-I.
She/He should have knowledge of computer and Braille.
Warden (Female) (Non-Aided Post of Society)
Diploma in Special Education (V.I.) O&M from RCI.
Warden (Male) (Non-Aided Post of Society): Diploma in Special Education (V.I.) O&M from RCI.
Computer Instructor (Non-Aided Post of Society): BCA, Diploma in Special Education (V.I.), Two Years' Experience to teach V.I. students through Screen Reading Software.
Part Time Counsellor (Female) (Non-Aided Post of Society):
BA/MA in Psychology. Diploma in Guidance & Counselling.
