JBT - TGT RECRUITMENT CHANDIGARH 2023: online applications are invited for the recruitment of special educator ( JBT AND TGT) in Chandigarh education department.

PAY SCALE:
The Pay scale for the post of Special Educator (TGT) is Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4600 and for the post of Special Educator (JBT) is Rs. 9300-34800+ Grade Pay Rs. 4200 notified by Chandigarh Administration.
FEES DETAILS:
Applications can be submitted only 'ONLINE' from 20.09.2023 (11:00 a.m. onwards) to 12.10.2023 (up to 5:00 p.m.) with non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- in case of SC candidates).
However, last date to deposit the fee is 16.10.2023 (up to 02:00 p.m.). Persons with disability are exempted for payment of fee.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POST OF Special Educator (TGT)
(A) (1) Graduation from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate.(ii) Bachelor of Education Degree (Special Education) recognized by RCI with at least 50% marks in aggregate and valid registration with RCI.OR(B) (i) Graduation from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate.(ii)Bachelor of Education Degree with two year Diploma (Special Education) or its equivalent recognized by RCI with at least 50% marks in aggregate and valid registration with RCI.OR(C) (i)Graduation from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate.(ii)Bachelor of Education Degree with Post Graduate Professional Diploma (Special Education) or its equivalent recognized by RCI with at least 50% marks in aggregate and valid registration with RCI.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POST OF Special Educator (IBT)
The candidate should possess the essential qualification as on the Closing date of submission of application.
(i) Graduation or its equivalent from a recognised University
(ii) Two years Diploma (Special Education) or its equivalent recognized by RCI with at least 50% marks in aggregate and valid registration with RCI.
Age : upto 37 years as on 1-1-2023 , age relaxation as per the official notification.
SELECTION PROCESS:
Merit list for selection will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained in Objective Type Test. One objective type test of 150 Marks will be conducted. Qualifying marks for test will be 40% for all candidates. No interview will be conducted.
