ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਤਰਿਮ ਹੁਕਮ ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਨੇਮ’ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਮਾਣਹਾਨੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਗੂ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ‘ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
