ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਹੋਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ ਵਿੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਇੰਸਟ੍ਰਕਸ਼ਨਜ਼ (ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ) ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਨਾਮ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟੋਰੇਟ ਆਫ਼ ਸਕੂਲ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ (ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ) ਅਤੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਇੰਸਟ੍ਰਕਸ਼ਨਜ਼ (ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ) ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਨਾਮ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟੋਰੇਟ ਆਫ਼ ਸਕੂਲ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ (ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ) ਰੱਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

WHAT IS THE NEW NAME OF DPI OFFICE ( SECONDARY AND ELEMENTARY EDUCATION )
It has been approved to rename Director Public Instruction (Secondary Education) as Directorate of School Education (Secondary) and Director Public Instruction (Elementary Education) as Directorate of School Education (Elementary).
