Qualification For recruitment of Pharmacist : Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized
institute.
Candidates should have passed subject of
Punjabi upto Matric standard.
• Preference will be given to candidates
having Computer Knowledge.
Desirable:-
Should be registered as Pharmacist with the
Punjab Pharmacy Council.
Degree in Pharmacy from recognized
institute/University
Experience in dispensing and/or storage and
dispensing of drugs in a reputed Govt
hospital or institution or in a Govt drug
stores.
Age :- upto 37 years
Qualification for the recruitment of Clinical assistant
Should have passed the Matriculation
Examination / 10+2 examination with
science or its equivalent from a recognized
university or institution;
• Should possess diploma in Multi Purpose
Health worker Female from a recognized
university or institution;
• Should be registered as Multipurpose Health worker.
Age Limit: 37 years on 1st Jan 2022. (01.01.2022). Age relaxation as per the rules of Punjab Government.
Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi upto Matric standard.
Educational qualifications must be from a recognized University/ Board as per details mentioned against each post. Candidates must pass the requisite educational qualification on or before last date of filing the application.
MOHALLA CLINICS RECRUITMENT PROCESS OF SELECTION
Residence Proof :- Domicile Certificate/Aadhar Card/Passport/Voter ID
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of written test. Shortlisted candidates will be
called for the counseling for checking the eligibility of candidates and the list of shortlisted
candidates will be displayed on the Department's website www.nhm.punjab.gov.in. Further, no
notice for interview would be issued separately to the shortlisted candidates.
The applications can be submitted through online mode only. No other means/mode of
application will be accepted by the University.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PAY FOR MOHALLA CLINICS STAFF RECRUITMENT 2022
Pharmacist : The Pharmacist shall be entitled to an empanelment fee
of Rs. 12/- per patient.
The amount for 50 patients shall be assured for the
Pharmacist irrespective of the footfall per day.
For every patient being examined more than these 50
patients the Pharmacist shall be entitled to an additional
fee Rs 12/- per patient.
The Pharmacist shall be mandatorily well conversant
for using of Tablet/IT system the health facility in
order to capture day to day patient registration,
scanning of patient record, dispensing of medicines,
maintaining stock/Indent records on daily basis and
shall generate a daily report at the end of the day.
Job responsibilities of Clinic Assistant
Clinic Assistant shall be entitled to an
