ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪਰਗਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਰੈਗੁਲਰ ਹੋਏ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਤੀਆਂ ਮੁਬਾਰਕਾਂ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ
"ਦੋਸਤੋ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਬੜੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ 36,000 ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧ ਕੱਚੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕੇ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। 10 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਕੱਚੇ ,ਠੇਕੇ ਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਆਰਜ਼ੀ ਸਨ , ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕੇ ਕਰਨ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਬਿਲ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਦੋਸਤੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹਾਂ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਲੋੜੀਦੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਉਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੀ ਲਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ । ਰੈਗੁਲਰ ਹੋਏ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੁਬਾਰਕਾਂ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਬਾਕੀ ਬਚੇ ਕੱਚੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।"
Friends, I am happy to announce that the Cabinet has decided to regularise more than 36,000 temporary workers. A bill will be introduced in this Legislative Assembly Session to make permanent all the employees who have been serving for more than 10 years, whether adhoc, contractual, daily wages or temporary.
