ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫਸਰ ( ਸੈ.ਸਿ. ) ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਤੋ ਬਚਾਓ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਲੈਕਚਰ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਕੂਲ 2 -3 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰ ਦੀ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਢੀ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਲੈਕਚਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਗੂਗਲ ਫਾਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਭੇਜਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ। ਗੂਗਲ ਫਾਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਟੈਚ ਮਿਡਲ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਵੀ ਭਰਨੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਹੈ।

ਚਾਲੂ ਸਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ 9 ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ 31 ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਇਲਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸਕੀਮ

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ. ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰਦਾਤੇ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਕਦਮ ਪੁੱਟਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਉਦਮੀ ਬਣਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਕੀਕੀ ਰੂਪ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ. ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਿਜਨਸ ਬਲਾਸਟਰ ਯੰਗ ਇੰਟਰਪਨਿਓਰ ਸਕੀਮ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਸ. ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮਾਡਲ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ ਉਥੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ 12ਵੀਂ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਇਹ ਨਾ ਸੋਚਣ ਕਿ ‘ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਕੀ ਕਰਾਂ?’ *ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਹੁਣ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਮੰਗਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰਦਾਤਾ ਬਣਨਗੇ ।
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਿਜਨਸ ਬਲਾਸਟਰ ਯੰਗ ਇੰਟਰਪਨਿਓਰ ਸਕੀਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਨੂੰ 11ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਾਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੜਾਅ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ 9 ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਜਲੰਧਰ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ, ਸੰਗਰੂਰ, ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ, ਫ਼ਿਰੋਜਪੁਰ, ਰੋਪੜ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦਾ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ 31 ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਲਈਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ ਢੁਕਵੀਂ ਪਾਈ ਗਈ ਉਸ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ ਲਈ 8 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਮਿਕਸ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਸੇਧ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਦੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨੂੰ 2000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪੈਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਉਣਗੇ।
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਾਬਿਲ ਬੱਚੇ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਨੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਣ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਸ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਕੀਮ ਨਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰਦਾਤਾ ਬਣਾਵੇਗੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮੁੱਢੋਂ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ।

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday announced to spruce up government healthcare infrastructure across the state for providing state of the art medical treatment and diagnostic services to people.
“During the run up for elections we had promised guarantee of quality health care to the people and no stone is being left unturned for this noble cause” said the Chief Minister, while addressing after dedicating newly built mother and child care hospital here today.
The Chief Minister said that strenuous efforts are being made to equip the government hospitals with the ultramodern facilities. Likewise, he said that a massive recruitment drive has been embarked to fill all the vacant lying government posts in the health department. Bhagwant Mann said that the sole purpose is to ensure that people get the best healthcare facilities in the state.
The Chief Minister further said that along with upgrading the existing government hospitals with latest facilities due focus is also being laid on opening of new hospitals. He envisioned that Punjab will soon emerge as a hub of Healthcare and Medical education. Bhagwant Mann said that 16 new medical colleges will be constructed in the coming five years thereby enhancing the total tally of medical colleges to 25 thus transforming Punjab into a hub of medical education.
The Chief Minister envisioned that the newly constructed mother and child hospitals will act as a catalyst to impart quality health care to the pregnant women and newly born child. He said that the move is aimed to ensure that people get quality health services in these hospitals. Bhagwant Mann said that more such hospitals will be constructed across the state in coming days.
The Chief Minister further said that the prestigious G-20 summit, scheduled to be held in the holy city of Amritsar in March-2023, will promote Punjab as a preferred destination for business on the international level. He said that the summit will also provide a stage to the government to showcase its achievements and facilities for setting up new businesses. Bhagwant Mann said that this is a golden opportunity when Punjab can be highlighted as a land of best opportunities adding that the state is fortunate to have got this opportunity to host this event, in which leading countries from around the world will discuss education and labour and other crucial issues.
The Chief Minister asserted that the entire process of ongoing procurement and lifting of the paddy crop will be completed within a week. Reiterating the firm commitment of the state government to procure every single grain of paddy, Bhagwant Mann said that he is personally monitoring the entire procurement process to ensure that farmers do not face any sort of inconvenience. He said that during the current procurement season not even a single complaint has been received from the farmers across the state.
Listing the pro-people initiatives taken by the state government in the last seven months, the Chief Minister said that from July 1 onwards the Punjab government has provided 600 units of free power to people in every bill cycle. He said that as a result of this around 50 lakh households out of total 72.66 lakh, which was roughly 68.71 %of total) have got zero power bill in the month of September. Bhagwant Mann said that this initiative has given a major relief to the people of the state.
Likewise, the Chief Minister said that the Punjab government has launched a major crackdown against the corrupt leaders who had plundered the wealth of the state. Bhagwant Mann said that his government has launched anti- corruption helpline after which around 250 corrupt elements have been put behind the bars. He said that only an honest and committed government can take such path breaking and pro-people initiatives.
The Chief Minister further said that the state government has passed the historic ‘One MLA, One Pension’ bill which stipulates that each MLA will get only a single pension, instead of the earlier provision of permitting multiple pensions for every term. He said that similarly the state government has given more than 20,000 government jobs to the youth purely on merit basis. Bhagwant Maan said that the process to regularize 36,000 contractual employees in the state has also started and recently only the state government has issued notification for regularizing services of around 9000 employees.
The Chief Minister also said that in order to provide quality and timely health services to the people 100 Aam Aadmi clinics have been dedicated to the people to mark 75th Independence Day. He said that these clinics are offering 41 health packages with nearly 100 clinical tests free of cost to the people. Bhagwant Mann envisaged that these clinics will act as the cornerstone in the revamp of the healthcare system in Punjab.

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਵੇਰ ਦੀ ਸਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਸਲਾਈਡ ਭੇਜੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਹਿਤ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਗਿਆਨ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਚ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਹਰੀ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾਓ।

ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ, 28 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਜਨਾਬ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਇਸ਼ਫ਼ਾਕ ਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਚਲੇਸ਼ਵਰ ਧਾਮ ਦੀ ਨੌਂਵੀਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਮਿਤੀ 2 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2022 ਨੂੰ ਉੱਪ ਮੰਡਲ, ਬਟਾਲਾ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ, ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ/ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕਲ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਇਸ ਦਿਨ ਬੋਰਡ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ। ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮੈਜਿਸਟਰੇਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲਿੰਕ ਇਥੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ

ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗਿਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ।
ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ( ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਰੀਟੋਰੀਅਸ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਉਪ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ (ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ) ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿਚ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਿਕ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।ਪਰ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਦੇ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਚਾਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮਜਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਉੱਪ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
ਕੀ ਹੈ ਗਿਰਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ: ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਹ ਗਿਰਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਸਾਲ 2016-17 ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ 16.40 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਬਿੱਲ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੇਠ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
