The exam will be conducted in two distinct sessions on the same day. Candidates must ensure they reach their designated centers well in advance.

| PSTET-I | 02:30 PM to 05:00 PM (Evening) |
Guidelines for Examination Centers
The SCERT has issued strict instructions to District Education Officers and Center Controllers (School Principals) to ensure transparency and smooth operations:
- Staffing: Each center will have one Superintendent. If there are 350+ candidates, a Deputy Superintendent will also be appointed.
- Seating Plan: Each room is limited to 24 candidates. The seating must follow a specific pattern (e.g., Row 1: Roll No 1, Row 2: Roll No 7) to ensure students with the same question paper series (A, B, C, D) do not sit adjacent to each other.
- Basic Amenities: Centers must provide adequate lighting, drinking water, and clean washroom facilities.
Special Provisions for Candidates with Disabilities
Candidates with 40% or more disability (as certified by a CMO) are entitled to specific relaxations:
- Extra Time: Candidates are eligible for 20 minutes of compensatory time per hour, totaling 50 minutes of extra time for the full exam duration.
- Scribe Requirements:
- The candidate must arrange their own scribe.
- The scribe's qualification must be at least Matriculation but must be one level lower than the candidate's qualification.
- The scribe cannot be a relative of the candidate.
Key Instructions for Candidates
1. Identity Check: OMR sheets will be distributed strictly according to roll numbers. Candidates must verify that the OMR number matches their seat allotment.
2. Material Management: All question paper booklets and OMR sheets (distributed and remaining) will be strictly audited at the end of each session.
3. Discipline: Any misconduct by a scribe will be the sole responsibility of the candidate.
