Primary Responsibilities /
- Supervision of field teams & coordination with Project Managers.
- Monitor door-to-door waste collection and segregation compliance.
- Submit daily & weekly performance reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with local authorities, vendors and sanitation staff.
- Assist in grievance redressal and public feedback tracking.
- Organize training sessions for sanitation workers and field staff.

Typically, one APM will be deployed per ~1–2 wards (approx. 2,000–3,000 households) to ensure localized supervision and improved field engagement.
Remuneration & Benefits
