- ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਡਲ ਕਲਾਸ (8ਵੀਂ) ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੋਵੇ।
- ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਫਾਰਮ ਭਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੱਕ ਅਸਾਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਉਮਰ ਸੀਮਾ (ਮਿਤੀ 01.01.2025 ਨੂੰ)
- ਉਮਰ ਸੀਮਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ (ਗਰੁੱਪ 'ਡੀ') ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ, 1963 ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। 18-37 years
- ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੋਟ:
- ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਛੜੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਪਰਲੀ ਉਮਰ ਸੀਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ 5 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਛੋਟ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
- ਸਾਬਕਾ ਫੌਜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ Punjab Recruitment of Ex-Servicemen Rules, 1982 ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਛੋਟ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।
- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਹੋਰ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੱਕੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਉੱਪਰਲੀ ਹੱਦ 45 ਸਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
- ਦਿਵਿਆਂਗ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਪਰਲੀ ਉਮਰ ਸੀਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ 10 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਛੋਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਤਨਖਾਹ ਸਕੇਲ
ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 7ਵੇਂ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਤਨਖਾਹ ₹18,000/- ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ 'ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ. 7/204/2012-4FP1/60 ਮਿਤੀ 15.01.2015 ਅਤੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ. 7/204/2012-4FP1/853793 ਮਿਤੀ 04.10.2016 ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਧਾਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਚੋਣ ਮਾਪਦੰਡ
ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਦੋ ਪੜਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ:
- ਪੜਾਅ 1: ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 50% ਅੰਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਡਲ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।
- ਪੜਾਅ 2: ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ 'ਆਮ ਯੋਗਤਾ, ਵਿਵਹਾਰ, ਪਹਿਰਾਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ' ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

2. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Applicants must have passed the Middle Standard examination with Punjabi as one of the subjects from a recognized educational institution.
- The candidate must fulfill this qualification requirement as of the last date of application submission.
Age Limit (as on January 1, 2025)
- The age of the applicant should be as per the Punjab State (Group 'D') Services Rules, 1963.
- Relaxations:
- SC/BC of Punjab: 5 years relaxation in the upper age limit.
- Ex-servicemen of Punjab Domicile: Relaxation as per Punjab Recruitment of Ex-Servicemen Rules, 1982.
- Government Employees: Upper age limit is 45 years for those already in Punjab/other State Government or Government of India employment.
- Disabled Persons: 10 years relaxation in the upper age limit.
3. Pay Scale
The minimum admissible pay for the post of Process Server will be ₹18,000/- as per the pay matrix of the 7th Central Pay Commission. This is subject to the instructions issued by the State Government.
4. Selection Process
The selection process consists of two steps:
- Qualifying Test: A test of Punjabi Language equivalent to the middle standard. Candidates must secure at least 50% marks to pass.

5. How to Apply
