ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਨਵਾਂ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ
ਮੋਹਾਲੀ, 21 ਮਈ 2025 ( ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਰੈਵਨਿਊ, ਪੁਨਰਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ (R.E-II ਸ਼ਾਖਾ) ਵੱਲੋਂ 20 ਮਈ, 2025 ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਅਹੰਕਾਰਪੂਰਨ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੁਝ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੇਂ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ 21 ਮਈ, 2025 ਨੂੰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਿਕ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਗੈਜ਼ਿਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਤ ਹੋਇਆ।
ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲੈਂਡ ਰੈਵਨਿਊ ਐਕਟ, 1887 ਅਤੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਐਕਟ, 1908 ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ:
- ਮਨਾਕਪੁਰ (H.B. No. 272)
- ਖੇਰਾ ਗੱਜੂ (H.B. No. 269)
- ਉਰਨਾ (H.B. No. 2)
- ਚੰਗੇਰਾ (H.B. No. 243)
- ਉੱਚਾ ਖੇਰਾ (H.B. No. 271)
- ਗੁਰਦਿਤਪੁਰਾ (H.B. No. 268)
- ਹਦਾਯਤਪੁਰਾ (H.B. No. 270)
- ਲੇਹਲਾਂ (H.B. No. 267)
ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ, ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ। ਹੁਣ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਪ-ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਬਨੂਰ, ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ. ਨਗਰ (ਮੋਹਾਲੀ) ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਨਵੀਂ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨਾ ਤਾਰੀਖ ਤੋਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਅਨੁਰਾਗ ਵਰਮਾ, ਐਡਿਸ਼ਨਲ ਚੀਫ਼ ਸੈਕ੍ਰਟਰੀ-ਕਮ-ਫਾਇਨੈਂਸ਼ਲ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (ਰੈਵਨਿਊ), ਵਿਭਾਗ ਰੈਵਨਿਊ, ਪੁਨਰਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
Punjab Government Issues Notification for Transfer of Villages to New Sub-Tehsil
SAS Nagar (Mohali), May 21, 2025:( ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) The Department of Revenue, Rehabilitation, and Disaster Management (R.E-II Branch), Government of Punjab, issued a new official notification on May 20, 2025, regarding the administrative transfer of several villages. This notification was published in the Punjab Government Gazette on May 21, 2025.
According to the notification, under Section 5 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 and Section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908, the Governor of Punjab has ordered the transfer of the following villages:
- Manakpur (H.B. No. 272)
- Khera Gajju (H.B. No. 269)
- Urna (H.B. No. 2)
- Changera (H.B. No. 243)
- Ucha Khera (H.B. No. 271)
- Gurdittpura (H.B. No. 268)
- Hadayatpura (H.B. No. 270)
- Lehlan (H.B. No. 267)
These villages, previously part of Sub-Division or Tehsil Rajpura, District Patiala, are now transferred to Sub-Tehsil Banur, Tehsil and District SAS Nagar (Mohali).
The changes will come into effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
Anurag Verma, Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Department of Revenue, Rehabilitation and Disaster Management, Punjab, has issued this notification.
