Olympian Sardar Balbir Singh (Sr.) Scholarship Scheme 2024-25
The Punjab Sports Department has introduced the Olympian Sardar Balbir Singh (Sr.) Scholarship Scheme for the year 2024-25. This scheme aims to support outstanding and budding sportspersons in Punjab.
Scholarship Details
The following financial assistance will be provided to medal winners in Junior and Senior National Championships:

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a domicile of Punjab.
- Must have participated in Junior or Senior National Championships in the last two years.
- Scholarship is applicable for Olympic-recognized sports only.
- No involvement in sports-related disciplinary cases.
Application Process
Candidates can apply for the scholarship by submitting their applications to their respective district sports officer before April 20, 2025.
