SOE ADMISSION 2025 ELIGIBILITY AND SELECTION CRITERIA READ HERE

Eligibility for admission in SoE:

Students currently enrolled in classes 8th and 10th are eligible to appear for the test for admission to classes 9th and 11th, respectively. However, their admission to the SoE will be considered if they have passed the previous class examination and qualified the aptitude test.

Selection Criterion

1. The minimum qualifying marks for the admission test are 35% in subjects and 35% in reasoning and 40% in total.
2. Students from the reserved categories will be eligible for a relaxation of 5% marks in the sectional and aggregate cutoff.
3. Students who did not pass their respective exams of classes 8th and 10th or got reappear/compartment in any subject will not be eligible for admission in the SoEs.
4. Once the aptitude tests are evaluated, class-wise and category-wise merit lists of students will be released on the website for each of the SoE.
5. For class 11th, the students will be allotted their preferred streams based on their merit in the respective section in the aptitude test.
6. The allotment of seats for students in class 11th for their preferred streams will be based on the marks scored in the specified section in the aptitude test.
