Opportunity for Girls of Punjab to Become Commissioned Officers in the Defence Services
The Mai Bhago Armed Forces Preparatory Institute for Girls (MBAFPI) in Mohali is a Punjab Government institute that prepares girls for a career as commissioned officers in the Defence Services. This fully residential institute is spread out on a sprawling 9-acre campus and provides comprehensive training and guidance to aspiring candidates.
Admissions Open for Class XII Passed in 2025
MBAFPI has announced admissions for girls who have passed Class XII in 2025. The entrance exam will be held in April 2025. Interested candidates can apply online through the recruitment portal.
Eligibility Criteria
- Girls with Punjab Domicile, currently pursuing 10+2 in any stream from any board and completing (10+2) by April 2025.
- Candidates should be 16 years of age or more on 01 July 2025.
- Medical Criteria as per Army/Air Force/Navy Selection parameters for commissioned Officers.

ਮਾਈ ਭਾਗੋ ਆਰਮਡ ਫੋਰਸਿਜ਼ ਪ੍ਰੈਪਰੇਟਰੀ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਫਾਰ ਗਰਲਜ਼ (MBAFPI), ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਇੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਡ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ 9 ਏਕੜ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਹਵਾਨ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
2025 ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਰ੍ਹਵੀਂ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ
MBAFPI ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 2025 ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਰ੍ਹਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਦਾਖਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2025 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਭਰਤੀ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਯੋਗਤਾ ਮਾਪਦੰਡ
- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਡੋਮਿਸਾਈਲ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ, ਜੋ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਮ ਵਿੱਚ 10+2 ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2025 ਤੱਕ (10+2) ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
- ਇੱਛੁਕ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 01 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2025 ਨੂੰ 16 ਸਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
- ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਡ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਆਰਮੀ/ਏਅਰ ਫੋਰਸ/ਨੇਵੀ ਚੋਣ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਮਾਪਦੰਡ।
