Teacher Suspended in Punjab, Reinstated Pending Investigation
Chandigarh, Punjab 27 NOVEMBER 2024 : Ram Das, an ETT teacher at Government School Manakpur in Punjab, India, has been reinstated after being suspended on November 7th, 2024. The suspension was lifted following a request from the teacher to the Directorate of School Education (Secondary) Punjab.
The teacher was suspended for an unspecified reason, and the investigation into the matter is still ongoing. The District Education Officer (Secondary) Patiala has been directed to complete the investigation within 15 days and submit a report to the Directorate of School Education (Secondary) Punjab.
The reinstatement of the teacher is pending the outcome of the investigation.
