Punjab Schools Announce Summer Timings
The Punjab government has announced a change in school timings for the summer months. Due to the increasing heat in the state, all government, aided and private schools will be open from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM from May 20, 2024 to May 31, 2024.
The order was issued by the Department of School Education on May 18, 2024. The notification states that the change in timings has been made to protect students from the heat.
