Dustrct level meeting was chaired by DEO secondary Ludhiana ; madam Dimple Madan ; to take stock of preparations and issue instructions for the success of the mega event ; here today afternoon at Guru Nanak stadium ; Ludhiana .
Deputy DEO mr Jaswinder Singh ; BNOs ; BPEOs and physical education instructors had attended this meeting today . Duties were assigned to all by DEO madam .
DEO madam Madan and Deputy DEO mr Jaswinder singh virk also supervised the ongoing rehearsals for the mega cultural event stated for August 15
Honourable Education Minister Mr Harjot Singh ji Bains will be the chief guest during this mega event .
