Schedule of counseling - Recruitment for 227 posts of various categories:-
On the basis of the written test held on 30.10.2021 & 31.10.2021 the detailed result has been uploaded on the Markfed website www.markfedpunjab.com.
The merit list has been prepared on the basis of marks secured in the written examination. Only those candidates have been considered for calling in the counseling session for verification of their documents as prescribed in the eligibility criteria, who have secured minimum qualifying marks i.e. 40% for all categories in the written examination in order of the merit.
Such candidates are required to personally present their original certificates regarding age proof, Punjabi pass certificate, qualification certificates, computer knowledge certificate, experience certificate, Last pay certificate (wherever experience has been prescribed) etc. as per the prescribed Qualification/ requirement of the post and certificate of category under which reservation/ age relaxation has been sought in the office of The Punjab State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Limited (MARKFED), Plot No.4, Sector -35-B, Chandigarh as per the schedule given below:-

In case a candidate fails to appear on the scheduled date, it will be assumed that candidate is not interested in taking up the appointment and the candidate next in merit shall be offered the post. Approximately 1X1.5 more candidates have been invited for counseling in proportion to the available posts for all categories except Ex-Serviceman & Sportsman categories. For Ex-Serviceman & Sportsman categories all qualified candidates have been called, due to the reason that the merit list of these categories shall be finalized after checking their relevant documents thereby claiming quota in said category from the concerned Punjab Government Department as per Government policy..
Candidates are advised to submit one set of Self Attested copies of all the documents on scheduled date of counseling alongwith latest passport size photograph.
No T. A / D. A will be paid to the candidates appearing in the counseling.
It is clarified that the mere appearing in the test, qualifying the same and call for the counseling does not in any way entitle the candidate for appointment to the post applied for. Appointment to the post is subject to fulfillment of prescribed qualification, experience & verification of original documents in this regard. Further the appointment shall be strictly as per the merit depending upon number of posts available in the particular category. Reservation shall be as per policy/ instructions of the Govt of Punjab.

While every care has been taken in preparing the result/ schedule of counseling, the possibility of inadvertent errors cannot be ruled out. Managing Director, Markfed reserves the right to rectify the same later on and his decision shall be final and binding.
