ਰੂਪਨਗਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਚੋਣ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ (ਡੀ.ਈ.ਓ.) ਨੇ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਰਿਟਰਨਿੰਗ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ (ਏ.ਆਰ.ਓਜ਼) ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਏ.ਆਰ.ਓਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਊਂਟਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਨੂੰ ਡੀਈਓ ਜਾਂ ਵਧੀਕ ਡੀਈਓ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਵ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ।
ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਫ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਰਸਲ ਏਆਰਓ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਸਟਾਫ ਰਿਹਰਸਲ ਡੀਈਓ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਕਾਉਂਟਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਫ ਵਿਚ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਟਾਫ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਏਆਰਓਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਉਂਟਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਫ ਲਈ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਡੀਆਈਓ, ਐਨਆਈਸੀ ਰੂਪਨਗਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਲਿਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰੇਜ਼ ਕਰਨ।
