ਸੁਤੰਤਰਤਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਮੌਕੇ 3600 ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ/ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡਾ ਤੋਹਫ਼ਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸੰਕੇਤਕ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਦੋ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਵੰਡੇ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਦੀ Ludhianacity.Punjabpolice.gov.in ਨਵੀਂ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਵੀ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ।

Ludhiana, August 15-
An Independence day gift for 3600 Safai Karamcharis/Safai Mitras was given by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Monday when he announced that their services will be regularised. He handed over regularisation letters to two safai sewaks Deepal Kumar and Monika at the I-Day function in Guru Nanak Stadium as a symbolic gesture. The remaining will get regularisation letters in the coming days.
The Chief Minister said that the state government is committed towards the well being of the safai sewaks. He said that there are around 3600 Safai Karamcharis/Safai Mitras working on contract with Municipal Corporationsbwhose services have been regularised by the Punjab Government. Bhagwant Mann said that this drive has been started symbolically and the remaining employees will get letters for regularisation of their services in the coming days.
The Chief Minister said that Punjab Government had fulfilled its promise of regular services to all sanitation employees engaged in civic bodies. He said that no stone is being left unturned for this noble cause. “AAP government stands rock solid with them always and every required step would be taken for their welfare", added Bhagwant Mann.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister also launched a new website of Ludhiana Commissionerate Police (Ludhianacity.Punjabpolice.gov.in). He said that the website will allow people to lodge their complaints online, enabling them to monitor its progress and get the report sitting at home besides providing services like PCC report, FIR download, contact numbers of all officers, SHOs and others.

ਇੱਥੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਵਿਖੇ ਦੋ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦੀਪਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਤੇ ਮੋਨਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਕੇਤਕ ਤੌਰ ਉਤੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਂਪ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਿਊਂਸਿਪਲ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 3600 ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ/ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਠੇਕੇ ਉਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਅੱਜ ਸੰਕੇਤਕ ਤੌਰ ਉਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਬਚਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪੱਕੀਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪੱਕੀਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪਰਉਪਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਕਸਰ ਬਾਕੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਚੱਟਾਨ ਵਾਂਗ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਹਰੇਕ ਲੋੜੀਂਦਾ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਦੀ Ludhianacity.Punjabpolice.gov.in ਨਵੀਂ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਵੀ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਉਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਣਗੇ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਘਰ ਬੈਠੇ-ਬੈਠੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਹੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਉਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖ ਸਕਣਗੇ ਤੇ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲੋਕ ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਰਿਪੋਰਟ, ਐਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ. ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ, ਸਾਰੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ, ਥਾਣਾ ਮੁਖੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਨੰਬਰ ਵੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੇ।
