Guidelines Regarding mutual transfer : Teacher Transfer policy
- ਮਿਊਚਲ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਜਰਨਲ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।
- ਮਿਊਚਲ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਯੋਗਤਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਲਾਵਾ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 25 ਨੰਬਰ ਹੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ।
- ਮਿਊਚਲ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੋਸਟ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਪਲਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ।
In continuation of the notification of Government of Punjab
Notification no 11/25/2018-iedu6/1508658, dated 25.06.2019, the
following amendments are made in the said policy:
The para no 8 (vi) of the notification is amended as below:
*Request for mutual transfers will be carried out only after the
completion of the regular rounds of transfer.
Such transfers shall
only be carried out if the posts of both the applicants seeking
mutual transfers are not surplus at their present place of posting
subject to further condition that candidates seeking mutual
transfers acquires atleast 25 marks and fulfill all other conditions.
