ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ / ਨੋਇਡਾ, 24 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025:
ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮੁਕਤ ਵਿਦਿਆਲਈ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸੰਸਥਾ (NIOS) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਚਲਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ 6 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਕੋਰਸ (ਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਕੋਰਸ) – ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਟੀਚਰ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

NIOS ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਨੰਬਰ 08/2025 ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸਟੇਕਹੋਲਡਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ ਬੇਨਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਯੋਗ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਇਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਨਵੀਂ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ

ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਕੋਰਸ ਲਈ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ
19 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2026 (ਸੋਮਵਾਰ), ਰਾਤ 12 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਹੋਰ ਵਾਧਾ ਨਹੀਂ

NIOS ਨੇ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 19 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2026 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਮਿਆਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਵਾਧਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੇ ਯੋਗ ਇਨ-ਸਰਵਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਵਧਾਈ ਗਈ ਮਿਆਦ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ-ਅੰਦਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰ ਲੈਣ।

ਇਹ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਯੋਗ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੀਨੀਅਰਿਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਹੰਕਾਰਪੂਰਕ ਮਸਲੇ ’ਤੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਪਸ਼ਟੀਕਰਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਪਸ਼ਟੀਕਰਨ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਫੈਸਲੇ Ajit Singh Janjua-II (ਮਿਤੀ 16 ਸਤੰਬਰ 1999) ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦਾ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਰੋਸਟਰ ਜਾਂ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦਾ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕੌਣ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਮਿਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਾਈ ਸੀਨੀਅਰਿਟੀ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮੇਰਿਟ ਅਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦਾ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੀਨੀਅਰਿਟੀ ਮੁੜ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਿਯਮ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ Catch-up Rule ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਨੋਮਲੀ ਜਾਂ ਬੇਇਨਸਾਫ਼ੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ। ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਵਲ ਇਸ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਫੈਸਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦਰਜ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਪਦ ’ਤੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟ ਭਰਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੋਈ ਐਤਰਾਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ, ਜੇਕਰ ਉਸ ਜਨਰਲ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੈ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੀਨੀਅਰਿਟੀ ਲਿਸਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਇਸੇ ਨਿਯਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ। ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਹੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਧੂ ਸੀਨੀਅਰਿਟੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਨਿਯਮ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣਗੇ।

ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਚੋਣਾਂ 2026 ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸ਼ੋਧਨ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਚਲਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਚੋਣਕਾਰ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ 092-ਬਠਿੰਡਾ (ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ)-ਕਮ-ਉਪ ਮੰਡਲ ਮੈਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਟ, ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

23 ਤੋਂ 31 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਵੋਟਰ ਲਿਸਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਸ਼ੋਧਨ

ਜਾਰੀ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਾਰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 23 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025 ਤੋਂ 31 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025 ਤੱਕ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਇਸ ਅਵਧੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਵੇਂ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ, ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਗਲਤ ਜਾਂ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਐਤਰਾਜ਼ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

ਵੋਟਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ

ਚੋਣ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਸਾਰੇ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਸਵੇਰੇ 9 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ।

ਬੂਥ ਲੈਵਲ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ (BLO) ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਚੋਣਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਾਇਨਾਤੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵੋਟਰ ਲਿਸਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ

ਚੋਣ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਲੋਕ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਨਿਧਿਤਾ ਐਕਟ, 1950 ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 32 ਅਧੀਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਨਿਭਾਉਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ

ਚੋਣਕਾਰ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਯੋਗ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਵੋਟਰ ਲਿਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਜਾਂਚ ਲੈਣ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਚੋਣਾਂ 2026 ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਤਾਧਿਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਪਯੋਗ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।

ਪਟਿਆਲਾ: ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਬ ਨਾਲ ਉਡਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਧਮਕੀ ਭਰੀ ਈਮੇਲ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਈਮੇਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵੇਰੇ 9:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 1:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਬੰਬ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।

• ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ: ਧਮਕੀ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਐਸਐਸਪੀ (SSP) ਵਰੁਣ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਸਖਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
• ਰੇਲਵੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ 'ਤੇ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ: ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਰੇਲਵੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
• ਪਿਛੋਕੜ: ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਮੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਧਮਕੀ ਭਰੀਆਂ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ ਮਿਲ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉੱਥੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।

ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 23 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਦੀ ਦਾ ਸਿਤਮ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਧਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ (IMD) ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਧੁੰਦ (Very Dense Fog) ਅਤੇ ਕੋਲਡ ਡੇ (Cold Day) ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਣੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ: ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਲਈ 'ਆਰੇਂਜ ਅਲਰਟ' ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਅਗਲੇ 5 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਮਾਨ (23-27 ਦਸੰਬਰ)

• ਬਹੁਤ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਧੁੰਦ: ਮਾਝਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਆਬਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਜ਼ੀਬਿਲਟੀ 50 ਮੀਟਰ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
• ਸੀਤ ਲਹਿਰ: ਮਾਲਵਾ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ (ਬਠਿੰਡਾ, ਮਾਨਸਾ) ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਕਾਫੀ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਡਿੱਗਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ।
• ਤਾਪਮਾਨ: ਅਗਲੇ 72 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ 3°C ਤੋਂ 5°C ਦੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਆ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ  22 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2025 ( ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) 

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਸਲੀ ਰੂਪ ਦਿਖਾਉਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। India Meteorological Department (IMD) ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਪੂਰਨ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ। ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਪੰਜ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਧੁੰਦ (Dense Fog) ਅਤੇ ਕੜਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਠੰਢ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ‘ਯੈਲੋ ਅਲਰਟ’ (Yellow Alert) ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਨਕਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਮਾਨਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ 21 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ 25 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਰਹੇਗੀ:

• ਧੁੰਦ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲਗਭਗ ਸਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵੇਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਧੁੰਦ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਕੁਝ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਧੁੰਦ (Very Dense Fog) ਵੀ ਪੈ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੜਕ, ਰੇਲ ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾਈ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।

• ਕੋਲਡ ਡੇਅ (Cold Day): ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ Cold Day Conditions ਬਣੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। 24 ਅਤੇ 25 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੰਢ ਹੋਰ ਵਧਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ।

2. ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਅੰਕੜੇ (21 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ)

ਪਿਛਲੇ 24 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਔਸਤ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 2°C ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਆਮ ਨਾਲੋਂ 4.6°C ਘੱਟ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਠੰਢ ਦਾ ਅਸਰ ਕਾਇਮ ਹੈ।

ਮੌਸਮ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਇੱਕ Western Disturbance ਸਰਗਰਮ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉੱਤਰ-ਪੱਛਮੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੇਜ਼ ਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ Jet Stream Winds ਵਗ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

• ਹਲਕੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ: ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ, ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ, ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਲਕੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
