Delhi Govt Announces 2 Days WFH Weekly in Offices

Following PM Modi's fuel conservation appeal, Delhi CM Rekha Gupta mandated two work-from-home days per week for government offices, effective tomorrow.
Other measures: CM's cavalcade cut 60% to 4 vehicles (2 EVs); "Monday Metro" for officials; no new petrol/diesel/EV purchases for 6 months; foreign travel ban for 1 year; ACs at 24-26°C; public "No Vehicle Day" urged.
